Excellent customer service from Nusrat. She took her time and addressed all the issues I had. She even called and made an appointment for me. She is very patient and understanding. I would love to visit this office again if I need any help in the future.

Initially, when I arrived on Friday at the office for a proof of health insurance coverage letter, I was told I would have to come back on Monday because of a callout at this location. Shahida Khan, and a second lady at the office, called a different office, and got a letter emailed over so that I didn’t have to come back.

This insurance company is horrible claims dont get there even when you send electronic, paper and thru portal.if they get the claim, they dont process claims correctly.rejecting everything and anything they can reject called the provider service rep andrew hutchinson does nothing to fix. STRAIGHT OUT GARBAGE INSURANCE
