Healthfirst, Flushing NY

I would give them zero star if I have the option. The stuff are really rude and in different. She’s not.patient to explain their health insurance policy to me. I don‘t recommend everyone to go to this office.

When i walked in, the lady in the second seat greeted me but transferred me over to someone else because she said she was waiting on someone. The young lady on the first seat was the one who helped me and screwed up my whole insurance canceled my precious insurance for me and my kids when i took my son to the emergency room and they told me we didn’t have any insurance is when i found out we had none. She also put false information claiming i was still working when i clearly wasn’t and i made it very very clear. It looks like people just don’t want to work in this office now it’s almost 1 month my kids nor i have insurance. So disappointed with the lack of work done in this office!

Mr Wu has a good customer service.he is gentle, professional and give a lot of help

This place is really suck. All Chinese employees didn't care about customers.
All talking each other for personal issue. They didnt take customer farely not like who come first service first. Chinese never learn manner this place like that. I was waiting for 30 minutes nobody asking for help. I hate this place. Jackson heights place is 100 times better.

Went there today nervously after reading some negative reviews. But found out their services were A+. They are professional, pleasant, and very efficient. The rep's name was Maggie Lin. She was great. The receptionist was very good too but I did not catch her name.

I hate the customer service on the phone i ordered a new card 3 weeks ago then apparently last week when i was checking on the status of the card and now today again.why does it have to go to a damn machine when business hours are up!
