Healthworks At Thompson Health, Farmington NY

These people are unprofessional. I had to miss two appointments due to being sick and not having COVID test results back. Then I had to call to reschedule due to bad scheduling that I had no control over. They now refuse to schedule me even though 2/3 cancellations were due to pandemic rules. They don’t work with the costumer at all. The wait times there are also completely ridiculous. I have been there several times and live in the area and they always are behind and the staff are not personable.

I had to go twice because I was unprepared the first time. The first nurse was a little terse but still professional and I had an extremely pleasant (or as pleasant as can be) experience the second time around. Very professional and efficient office.
