Healthy Fresh, Bronx NY

I bought a A8 and a B4 this morning. None of which had bananas listed In the ingredients yet still I had an allergic reaction. My worst fear.

It’s sad that healthy fresh Paninis used to be double the size they are now, but the pricing is still the same. It’s very disheartening for those that love healthy fresh.

This was one half of my sad $11 sandwich from Healthy Fresh. I used to get sandwiches that took me more than four bites to eat. The chips that used to come with the sandwich were plentiful. Today? They sent a 50 cent bag of Wise chips from the bodega. Salads here used to be a good deal. Now you get charged a minimum of 75 cents for every single ingredient after the lettuce, even things where you HAVE to "pick one. " Charging more for food right now is understandable, cutting portions would also be understandable. However, to do both feels like you are just passing on the cost of your new store front and excessive fancy packaging to the customers.

My experience was ok, the salad is very small. Plus there was one person there able to communicate with well in English, I know a little Spanish so I was comfortable with the service but there were somethings I just couldn't express. 1 thing is the dressing is considered a topping for. 50 and I asked can I do 1/2 creamy Italian and half regular Italian. That's my preference and I understand it might be strange but it was such a strange request I guess they had a hard time fulfilling it. At least 3 different people got involved and then they were saying I just have to pay the extra. 50. I didn't mean to be difficult

My go to neighborhood spot! Healthy options are limited around here, they make it easy. They know me by name:) & they take care of their customers. Recommend!

The quality of the food was great, super fresh and tasty! The servers with really friendly and our food came out super quickly. The only thing is the wraps were really small but they come with a bag of chips too.

My family and i used to love healthy fresh! But extremely disappointed at the quality and quantity for the price! They have doubled the price and lowered the quantity. The shakes were decent. But the paninis and quesadillas lacked flavor. Each item i ordered were priced at $10! Which seems too high for me. Not going there again!

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and it was the best salad I’ve ever had. My friend also ordered a protein shake and he as well stated it was the best smoothie he’s had, blended to perfection. I will definitely return later today to get another salad, it was that good

Used to love this place a lot not sure what happen they have so many changes and new rules like no breakfast after 12 that’s ridiculous and they got rid of bagels.not sure what’s going on maybe new management but i’m not happy

The staff was amazing the food is great it was out of this world the smoothie I can drink it morning noon and night. I’m glad I stopped by here today.

I got the green juice and my boyfriend the E 4 and it was amazing!

Food is good, lady who takes order over the phone is very nice but one negative thing is that there was a roach in my bag when my food was delivered. I would suggest maybe cleaning the store more

LOVE YOU GUYS! Would take out weekly bc i worked at Jacobi Hospital and they never disappointed. Unfortunately I moved 600 miles away and I always think of your great food and service! Good luck always!

So we ordered ahead for pick up. 2 salads in which they forgot to make one of them and had to bring it to their attention when we looked in the bag they gave us with only 1. I asked for extra salad dressing because they gave me just 1. They charged me 50cents each for them lol. And if u see the size u would understand the lol. The 2 fresh squeezed orange juices that i bought were so watered down it was disgusting. Straight to the garbage. The ceaser salad that they forgot to give me the 1st time tasted like it had watered down ceaser dressing and overly charred grilled chicken. Ive been to the location in Throggs Neck where the food is delicious and the customer service is great. Never charged for extra dressing and always straight pure orange juice. Idk what happened to this location but i wont be going to this one anymore. Maybe they changed owners but bottom line this location is trash. Off to Throggs Neck i go!

Beaucoup options available for personalization. Everything was nice and fresh. Just slightly overpriced for salad and a smoothie.

There was a bug in my salad. Very gross, the staff said they wash their food but clearly not well enough. (Posting this 2nd time since they deleted my first post) I almost gaged when I saw what I thought was a piece of pepper start moving. My kid was eating a empanada from them. But I don't trust the food so I had to throw everything away. The one and only reason I would give it 2 stars is because I was immediately offered a refund, and the woman on the phone was very polite. But this is unacceptable and I just couldnt give them that extra star. Please avoid.
