Hearing Center of Long Island, Valley Stream NY

I initially contacted Dr. Cardano and later, Dr. Lazzaro, when we moved my mom from North Carolina to New York State in 2012.

The hearing aid facility in NC helped me find a similar facility close to where my mom lived for six years (up until September 2017). That is the nearby Bristal Assisted Living facility in Lynbrook, NY.

I continued to take mom for hearing aid adjustments to these doctors until the end of September 2017.

It was challenging to take mom back and forth from Little Neck, NY, where I still live, to Valley Stream. I did this for her.

I just turned 71 years old this past July, on the 14th. My mom passed away on July 17th in Ozanam Hall Nursing Home in Bayside, NY. I never saw her again till about mid-March when nursing homes were not allowing visitors, rightly so.

I realized that I, too, have hearing loss, as did my mom. Dr. Lazzaro and Dr. Cardano are now helping me. My appointment was this past Friday, October 2nd, 2020.

I have purchased a pair of hearing aids! I'll pick them up in a couple of weeks. I'm so happy that with preventive care and proper maintenance, I will be able to prevent, as much as is possible, the same hearing loss as my mom. Thank you, Dr. Lazzaro and Dr. Cardano!

Just recently I received a pair of new hearing aids. During my first few visits with Dr, Larry Cardano, he explained my hearing loss and why he selected this particular type of aid. On subsequent visits, after using my new hearing aids, Dr. Cardano addressed any problems that I had with them, and quickly made adjustments. He readily worked on achieving the best fit for me. He did not stop until I was completely satisfied. This is why I highly recommend the Hearing Center. Also I might add, that Dr. Cardano always was generous in giving me enough hearing aid batteries between visits and gave me instructions on how to keep them fresh in the hot, humid weather.

The audiologist taking care of me did a great job all the way from the hearing test to the fitting of the hearing aids I can definitely hear better than I ever did before thank you to the Hearing Center Of Long Island

Dr. Rein is fantastic! I’ve known for a long time that I had a hearing deficit but I didn’t know what I was missing. I’m enjoying music for the first time and my kids are happy that I’ve stopped saying speak clearly you are mumbling. I have been an extremely happy, satisfied patient of Dr. Cardano for the past twenty years. Thirteen years ago, I moved to Florida but I have continued to see Dr. Cardano at regular intervals. Since 1999 I have been needed hearing assistance. Around 2009 my
