Nicole C.helped us with finding the right apartment for our daughter who is attending her senior year at Stony Brook. She was very professional and kept us informed of all the details that we needed to take care of. The apartment complex is very well maintained and quiet. Received replacement microwave for mine which became inoperable on 5/13. Was offered slightly used one or waiting for a new one. Some there was no estimated time for new one to be delivered, I opted for the used one which was installed today

This is the best, cleanest and safest complex in the area without a doubt. I have lived in my fair share of apartment complexes and this one is by far the best experience I have had thus far. The maintenance team is always there when you need them most! Tom from maintenance always goes above and beyond whenever I have had any type of maintenance needs and makes me feel very safe knowing if there is ever an issue he will be there to help with a smile on his face! They have also made it a top priority to keep the residence safe during the covid pandemic. I can’t say enough about Tom and the whole maintenance staff. May god rain his blessings upon this complex!

We applied for a unit at Heatherwood House at Port Jefferson this past weekend, and visited the community as well. Nicole, who manages the property, guided us very well at every step. The community is well located. It is 0.3 miles walk to a nice full-fledged grocery store Ideal Food Basket. 0.5 miles to Port Jefferson LIRR station. The greenway to Setauket (paved for biking and walking) is right outside the community. The rents seem reasonable for the area, the community appears well kept, and the community was very quiet when we were there. We did not see the inside of the unit we applied for, as it was occupied, and there were no unoccupied units to see. Today, it turned out that we did not need an apartment in the area, so we canceled our lease application. If I ever need an apartment in the Port Jefferson area, I will not hesitate to reach out to this apartment community.

This apartment complex is heavenly. Ive lived in many apartments in my time, and this one is by far the most holy. It is affordable, clean, and newly renovated. I would recommend this complex to anyone. Especially because of Tom, the maintence man. Last week, he unclogged my bathtub and found a hairball the size of a fist! I was so embaressed! But Thomas smiled and went about his day and made me feel very comfortable! Thank you Heatherwood House! Thank you Tom!

The staff at Heatherwood House are reliable and trustworthy! They are quick to respond and resolve any issues with expert knowledge and workmanship. They followed all Covid-19 safety measures as well! Thanks Rob!

The maintenance guys here at Piedmont are the best! Always helpful and always available.highly recommend!

The hole from the disjointed safety rail was patched, safety rails were put up properly on the bathroom wall, and the wall was spackled and painted. It looks like new.

This community is beautiful and very well maintained

Staff is very responsive and courteous!

Rob and his maintenance crew are second to none. From the time we moved in they assisted in all our needs and responded in a timely manor to all of our work order requests in the apartment. They have an emergency line for after hours maintenance that a real person answers, not a recording. The area is nice and we loved living close to down port and watching our favorite band Trinity play on a weekly basis. Thanks again rob and staff for all your help while we lived at heatherwood Port Jefferson.

Rob and the staff do a great job day in and day out. Complex and apartments well maintained. Wonderful place to call home.

Wonderful place to live and work. I worked there many summers as a lifeguard. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and TOM was doing his job. Sanitizing and doing his deeds. My girl lives in the community and it was nice seeing him sanitizing and he’s a nice guy fasho!
