Heatwave's folks Jake and Tessa did a fantastic job of installing our new A/C. They were on time, we received emails announcing their arrivals, they spent the whole day, and they worked the entire time. Thanks to both of them!

This was my second experience with Heatwave. 2 years ago they installed a complete new heating and air conditioning system in my house. This year was to add zoning to the system to help balance the temperature between the first and second floor which had been an issue since the house was built due to poor duct layout. Jake and Tessa were my techs today. They were awesome. On time, very knowledgeable, did a great job and cleaned up everything when they were done. They even cleaned my whole house filter which was not part of the job. Heatwave is a great company to deal with. Brian who provided the initial consultation and estimate both times is super helpful and even answered my call with some questions when he was on vacation. Wish all companies were like them. Highly recommend.

Great First Experience! Kenny and Rob, showed up on time to perform an annual tune-up on my Generac generator. Both technicians took their time checking it out and explaining things so that I could understand them. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. There is always a certain hesitancy when you call a new company, because as Forrest Gump says, "Life is Like a Box of Chocolates, You Never Know What You're Going to Get", but I'm looking forward to being a long time customer of Heat Wave Heating & Cooling!

Extension of our external piping for our high efficiency furnace quickly. The shop fabricated a cover piece for our instantaneous hot water heater, and will install this afternoon.

A/C stopped working on Friday and got an appointment for Tuesday. Jake the technician was so efficient and personable. Loved your company from the day I found you at a home show event over 5 yrs ago. This was first service call in those 5 yrs. Was a warranted part so paid for only his service and install. Always recommend Heatwave
The worker came within the two hour window that the company said. She listened to my concerns and fixed the problem. She saw that I still wear a covid mask, and asked if I would like her to put on one as well. I especially liked that she did not attempt to pressure me into getting a new heating and cooling system instead of fixing my existing one. Hopefully I won't need another repair soon, but if I do, I'd be happy to have her come back out.
Our 3 year old Trane thermostat was found to be "defective" by the tech. It had been running continuously and caused filter to leak. He said it shouldn't (blower) run except when thermostat called for heat. At original install, I told them I needed a unit that could run w/o heating as I needed more humidity on occasion due to vintage, expensive wood musical instruments, and this is what I thought was sold to me originally. This tech said it couldn't do this, and put in a new unit (exactly the same unit) and set it up only to deliver moisture when heating. Earlier this year they even installed a new, very expensive furnace-attached humidifier that they said could do exactly what I needed. Apparently, now I discover, it doesn't do the extra humidification I requested. Good part is he didn't charge me the approx $800 for the new/same unit, but did charge for the service call and labor ($260) to replace the original unit that they admitted was still under warranty. We felt this was unfair, and something of a stretch to say truck charges and install charges don't fall under warranty.
Now I'm back to the same humidification I started out with. Over the years we have had warranty calls for other appliances etc,
and never had these kind of charges on warranty calls. Maybe we need to examine the "small print" more closely. Or become certified in HVAC so I can better understand what I am being sold.
First rate quality of installation - sheet metal, joint sealing, routing and support of lines, outdoor pad for condenser / compressor. Highly recommend HeatWave.
Very professional business. Excellent customer service, extremely efficient and communicated with me from start to finish. Technician was very experienced and skilled. Diagnosed my A/C problem after throughly going thru my entire HVAC system. Had a technician from a different company in my home the day before, telling me I had to replace my entire system costing me thousands. Heatwave literally saved me a major headache and thousands of dollars!

We were very happy with the annual furnace service and cleaning. Jake did a very thorough check of the furnace and cleaned those parts that required it. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He is also very neat and respectful of the customer’s house. He explained everything that he was doing and why it was important. Overall we have been very satisfied with Heatwave as a company and are glad that we chose them for the installation of our new furnace and a/c system.
Luis Folch was very knowledgeable and was on time. He walked me threw every step of the process and was very friendly. I’m very satisfied with the installation and would recommend Heat Wave to anyone that needs an AC repair or upgrade.
