The staff and owner are the embodiment of hospitality and class. The food is amazingly delicious and meticulously prepared. Worth the 45 mile drive.

Amazing food, good service at very fair pricing. A great rub on the ribs with your choice of sauces at your table. On Friday night, a Lobster Bisque that is simply "EXCELLENT". A great value for dinner out.

The steak I can not recommend enough best steak I have ever had. Only thing is that I wish the apple sauce was a little bigger portion.

This place has it all! The food was excellent and there hospitality was second to none. The waitress we had at tent 2 table 4 really made sure we were pleased. The owner even went around asking how he could do better. Social distancing was observed and we felt at home. Thanks for a pleasurable time.

The pulled chicken the best. Love that the sauce is on the table, to put on my yourself. Served on your very own steel tray, how perfect!

Great service, great food. A lot of menu options. Other than the parking lot needing a little more light you can't go wrong eating here.

The food, atmosphere, waitress.everything was top notch. The lengths you have gone through to make your restaurant safe and clean for all patrons is truly outstanding. At closing time, we were in awe with your staff cleaning the restaurant from top to bottom! They even pull all the tables from the booths and sanitize everything. It was great to meet your family and staff. We will most definitely be back

Excellent BBQ, delicious sides, great ice cream and delightful service. I recommend this place. Both the beef brisket (fork-tender and tasty!) and pulled chicken (prominent sage and other herbs) were delicious.

Great BBQ and at a descent price. Great Ribs, pulled chicken, macaroni salad, and corn bread. They also have a great fish fry, one of our two places to go for a fish fry in all of Wayne and Monroe county. Customer service great too. I highly recommend them!

Not impressed. The chicken was black and dry. The ribs were dry and tasteless even with sauce The fries soggy. The only thing that was good was the corn bread but it was very small portions.won't be back

They use the same seasoning on EVERYTHING. From the chicken to the mac and cheese and greens. It would be ok if it actually tasted good. Services is very slow.

If you love America, you'll love Heintzelman's! Good food, good service period sat at the outdoor tent which was very nice! Get leftovers, you'll be thrilled the next day!

I am never disappointed when I come to Heintzelman's! We drive all the way from pretty much Gates, and the food is always fresh, smoked to perfection, and served with a smile. Their smoked Mac n' cheese is to die for, and I just tried their beer battered fish. Absolutely the best I've had in years, hands down! You have our business, no matter how far we have to travel!

We placed order and waited in the parking lot at the time agreed on for 20 minutes to then go in and find it waiting on the counter but nobody around.
Food was good, 1/2 chicken was over cooked.ribs were really good. I loved the smoked and mac and cheese was delicious!

Amazing ribs! Mac salad was great! Only reason I can't give 5 stars is because they forgot the BBQ sauces which were supposed to be included with the meal. Will be back again!

Probably the Best Brisket Sandwich I have ever had. The wife liked her pulled chicken sandwich as well. We will certainly be going back once you can finally sit down and eat.

Very good smoked meats. 2nd time there and enjoyed the food very much. The owner comes around to make sure everthing is ok. To me, that personal touch really shows he cares.
