Cara was fantastic to work with. She came to our home on a weekend and worked with me and our infant to ensure we had a thorough plan and new techniques in place. She also was very supportive and checked in frequently to see how we were doing and give further advice and insight onto our BF journey

It was great! I was able to have a meeting the very next day. She was very informative. I wish i would have contacted her sooner than later. She answered all of my questions and followed up with informative research.

Cara has been absolutely amazing and so critical to our breastfeeding journey. After struggling with latch issues and being exhausted from pumping and bottle feeding the expressed milk and trying to get our LO to feed from the breast, we knew we needed some help. During our initial consult Cara was quickly able to identify some issues and provide solutions, constructing a game plan with resources and tools to help. LO has been successfully breastfeeding ever since! We can not thank her enough for her positivity, support, and expertise. Her ongoing follow up and check-ins are so appreciated, and she is always available for any questions we may have. We feel so fortunate to have found her! Hands down one of the best decisions we ever made.

My partner and I were really struggling with breastfeeding, and eventually decided to go through with a tongue/cheek/lip tie procedure for our little one. During the days following we were still having a lot of trouble and were feeling extremely discouraged. Cara came in and turned everything around for us! Through caring, kindness, and a few extremely helpful positioning tips, we now had a baby that could successfully nurse. And it turns out she nurses like a champ!

Cara also followed up with us several times to make sure we were doing OK and to provide support. We can’t imagine a better experience! We went from feeling like life was going to be never ending pumping and supplemental feeding to having confidence in her ability to get the food she needs. Cara came to my house to help my 2 month old daughter with bottle refusal. She would scream and scream her head off with the bottle. During our first session she got my baby to suck a bit. I am so impressed with her knowledge on baby oral anatomy, her organization, and the plan she made for me moving forward. I’m so hopeful. I highly recommend Cara!

Edit- it has been 2 weeks since we saw Cara for the first time and baby is CRUSHING it with the bottle. She seriously screamed when seeing the bottle before and now it stops her from crying. I am so so impressed with the method Cara uses, it is not like ANY of the info you see online for bottle refusal. It takes a lot of practice and patience, and it can feel like a slow process- BUT IT WORKS!

Cara and I spoke every single day in between at home appointments. She was so quick to respond and troubleshoot with me in real time. So supportive and knowledgeable. It was such a great experience working with her.

Cara is the absolute best! I am exclusively pumping for a three week old newborn and starting experiencing bumps, clogged ducts, pain with pumping and a reduction in my supply. I reached out to Cara out of total desperation and help after doing everything I could to clear them but not getting any results. Cara was quick to answer my request for a consultation and came to my home the next day. During our consultation, Cara was extremely helpful and provided me with SO MUCH information about pumping, measured my correct flange size and also gave me tips about the best bottles for my baby. Cara encouraged me to submit my insurance information for coverage, so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket! A few hours later after taking all of her recommendations, my bumps and pain were gone and supply was back! I can’t sing enough praise. Cara provided such a great service and was so incredibly supportive, THANK YOU!

Cara is extremely professional and knowledgeable about what she does also down to earth at the same time. She works with me from getting my insurance out of network fully cover to coming to our house on a holiday. I am feeling much better after our visit and will definitely recommend her to everyone who is in need of a lactation specialist.

I just want to start off saying Cara is absolutely wonderful! I was having a very hard time breastfeeding early on in my journey and I booked an appointment with Cara late one night and she came to my house early the next morning. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful during her visit. The help/support and care didn’t end after her visit. She continued to check in to see how we were doing. She was always just a text away and with any questions or concerns I had and would answer so quickly with all the information. Not only would she answer the question but she would be extremely supportive and encouraging. I am really grateful I found Cara in a time when I was in need because she helped me in so many ways and I couldn’t thank her enough. Cara was wonderful from the start. She was willing to help trouble shoot- even before our scheduled appointment. When meeting with me and my baby to help with bottle refusal she was patient and well equipped to pivot to lots of different supports. Accessing QUALITY and personal lactation support (that is also in network with insurance) can be tough so finding Cara was wonderful! After our session I felt comfortable and much more confident to continue addressing my sons bottle refusal before heading back to work. Cara also followed up with lots of additional resources, personalized to our specific needs and stayed in communication to see how things were going, and provide continued support. After having my first baby and being totally new to the world of breastfeeding Cara was absolutely amazing! She really listened to my concerns and was able to put me completely at ease knowing my baby was getting enough to eat! She gave me great tips for extra comfort for both myself and baby, tons of resources for extra support, and even some breastfeeding materials like nipple cream. Overall such a great experience and I can’t recommend her enough!

My entire experience with Cara has been great! Making an appointment was easy and convenient. I felt very comfortable with Cara during our visit, and she found a successful solution to my breastfeeding hurdles. Cara has been a miracle worker for me. I just recently gave birth to my son. In the first week he was having difficulty latching and breastfeeding was frustrating and stressful for all of us. I called Cara and she was able to come to our house the next day. I was immediately comfortable with Cara, she has a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
