This place saved my life! Staff was wonderful, attentive and adhered to the rules. Facility was clean and everyone I encountered was friendly and would go out of their way to help even if it wasn’t in their job description. The food was good. Don’t expect 5 star cuisine but for a facility it was excellent!
If your serious about getting detox, this is the place to go!

I brought my son some clothes and a bag of personal care products and he wasn't given them and they mysteriously came up missing when he was being discharged to head to a rehabilitation center. Not happy and have many concerns about the staff and their integrity.

Very unclean. Most people are friendly, but there are a few workers who are extremely rude. Their seems to be absolutely no communication between anyone here. My counselor Janice absolutely terrible. She has done nothing to actually counsel me. She just gives me paperwork and then asks me what I want to do. Not to mention the food is terrible. It's basically like if you you put prison and a hospital in a blender.

This place will be under investigation, the worst resource, Lack of leadership and poor communication is sending people to the streets, impossible to get help for several active alcoholics and addicts who I have referred personally. Helio tells active alcoholic and drug addicts that they are available 24 hours a day, arrive at facility by 8am, when the sick and dying show up at 8am there told the beds are full. They don’t even discharge clients until 9: 30 -10 am. They lie, when it’s convenient for them, if a client has a phone, they will call when a bed opens, Why do they tell people to show up at 8am and turn them away. Lack of organization and communication is a real problem. I will be contacting legal to look into what is really going on there. I wonder how many people went out and died due to Helios incompetence?

Very disappointed in this place as my daughter went there to get help and then she gets told that they can't help her because she's only a meth user so in the meantime they take her sneakers kick her out the door knowing that she had no ride home so she was sitting on the edge of their lawn right out by the road and they called the cops on her very disappointed in this place

I went to this inpatient detox facility, and will recommend this place to any and every one wanting to get clean. This facility is wonderful.
