Me and my friend came to grab a snack and both of us ended up with food poisoning. We've spent the last 2 days throwing up and unable to consume food. Very disappointed!

I have been coming to Hello Bangladssh for quite some time now. I come from all the way from Yonkers, and the food presentation is beautiful. It looks so good that I have tried their appetizers their kabab amazing 100%
And what's more is they make Bappa Pita so amazing. One of the most few restaurants that make Bappa Pita
So good my family loves it
I can't always get it cause I think they make it a little later in the day, but when I do, I always get a lot.
Try this place out everyone you won't be disappointed as a bangladeshi. I love it. There are so many restaurants in one block, but Hello Banladesh has gained a lot of popularity.
Keep up the good work Hello Bangladesh

Had the butter rice and Spicy red Chicken. It was a phenomenal meal the rice and the chicken balanced each other and complimented one another. Would eat here again.

This is easily the best Bangladeshi restaurant in New York City. Seekh Kabab, Pulao, Kacchi Biryani, Paya, Beef curry are some items I tried and all are always fresh and delicious. Always authentic food and it’s hot, restaurant is well maintained and clean, and everyone here is very nice so always good service

This place is awesome. They handled the impromptu large group I came in, very well. The food was also great, I loved the whole menu.

The kala bhuna alone is enough reason to come back. Intense flavor, spicy, and complex, just the surprise I was looking for having never had Bangladeshi food. Staff was so friendly and helpful explaining the various stewed meats and curries and other items to me and other customers. Casual atmosphere, very affordable. My wife and will definitely be back!

Because it is a new place so wanted to give it a shot. Ordered online four times and every time they messed up the order. Maybe someone with delivery order experience should handle the packaging! Also, why overdo the actual taste of Bengali food by adding so much spices and oil? Hope they get better and will give it another try in the future and hopefully I get to change my review.

Excellent restaurant. Highly recommend the mixed vegetable bhortas to start as well as the eggplant curry, kingfish curry and okra curry. Kind and accommodating staff. Hopefully they will add Jhal Muri and other fuchka to the menu soon. Food was mildly spicy- could increase the level in the curry.

I’m not Bangladeshi but I’ve stumbled upon the secret that theirs is by far the tastiest culinary experience on the planet. This place is no exception, and the atmosphere is an ultra laid back and invitingly inclusive, almost cafeteria vibe. They can accommodate any diet, though I would not miss out on any of the multitude of fish options. Their hot tea, authentically prepared, is the ultimate companion. Most importantly they are beyond warm and welcoming toward everyone, so it’s really hard to feel like an intrusive outsider. Nobody gawks at anything, and yet their clientele are mostly as authentic as their dishes (good sign). The portions are massive and the price is nice.

Taste good and wonderful staff behavior. Hopefully they will maintain their good reputation. No much crowds but if gets more crowded then it might be challenging like other Bangladeshi restaurants.

Food had very good flavor but I wasn't aware not all food with meat in it would be served hot. It actually was jus a roll of the dice it seemed of the 4 dishes received were cold or warmed a bit.

I can't speak to the atmosphere too much as we got takeout, but it was clean and seems like a pleasant enough place to eat a meal. The food, however, was abundant and tasty.

When this place first opened, I was a little disappointed because it replaced Chubby Burger, which was reliable and cheap for things like burgers and fried chicken (one of us does not have an adventurous palate), and we already have a few South Asian eateries in Dutch Kills. But get this-they still have that stuff! And it's as good as, if not marginally better than, the former occupant! (I stole a fry and it was delicious.)

Chicken tikka masala and tandoori chicken were good, too. Not the best I've ever had, but good, and plentiful for the price. We will be back!

Great food. Large selection. And most importantly, everything is like home cooked. I've been to many "Bangladeshi" restaurants but they are either Indian flavored or extremely oily. This place is great.

He gave me yellow rice, korolla vaji, dal vuna & only 2 small piece beef. It was so shameful & disrespectful for such a paid food. I won’t ever go to that store again

I had seen some posts about this place on Astoria Reddit. My wife and I enjoyed the chicken samosa, chai, and brownie. It’s a very clean restaurant and great for getting some snacks. Service was also great!
