This place helps family with eviction, and independent living and money management work shops for 1st time apartment renter's. They Also help with furniture money as well.

Im a landlord.took my clients there for rent issues they were very helpful got my mindset in 2 weeks.u gotta love it

Horrible i went to get help n they gave my my cityfeps vochures but telling me i got to go on my own to find apartments. They dont help at all.

Friendly staff. Professional place. Very nice. Many people don't get it. Respect comes with self-respect. I'd never had a problem. #Adultadolescent 21st Century.

Disrespectful base. Homebase 3 is way better. They have these little girls at the front desk who are disrespectfully and judgemental. They are very racist majority African Americans working here or anyone who's darkskin who can blend in at this location. They put a white girl in the front to cover up the fact that its mainly black people. They don't care to help you and of the gate they give you attitude and this attitude goes for all Homebase fecilitys. I don't know how we supposed to get help with an apartment if we can't even get passed the meet and greet stage due to the attitude that's intentional so you can fight. They gave me an appointment and we agreed to meet at 3pm. When I get there I get judge for being light skined and told I was wrong. But she pointing at me before she steps outside to the little trouble makers at the front desk " like really this one hell no". And she had a very nasty attitude very ghetto girl and she 's a new caseworker. So she's fresh of the streets thinking she knows everything, well she got the wrong Spanish girl. The director had to take care of me due to our issues.

Worst place ever been running in circles for months about to lose my apartment before I even get the key.homeless prevention no their the reason I’m going to be homeless!

This place is horrible, they make you go waist your time explaining your situation to them and filing papers, they send you to two work shops and tell you that after that they are going to help you which is a total lie. The social workers tell you to always call them to keep them updated of your case and their never to be found. If you have any rent problems or whatever DONT GO HERE go straight to welfare cause in this place they get paid to do nothing expect waist your time. And the amount of hours you have to wait every time you go here is ridiculous, 3 to 4 hrs wait to see one social worker. In other words this office is a fraud

They never help you here, everything is by appointment, to see someone that will help you really is only by appt and that will be 4-8 months from the date you go in, plus they always send you to the other Help USA by Sedgwick avenue that doesn't have no wheelchair access.

Very Helpful, it's a Place that provide different services for people that can not afford them. Housing, Medical, Human Resources, Among Other Services.

Had to wait a very long time before my interview even after having an appointment. The woman that interviewed me, constantly laughed to the receptionist in my face. I also did not like being Rushed to sign papers without reading what I was to sign. They help people stay in their aptments but my intake woman seem to not to trust any thing I was saying. She wanted me to bring proof of each and everything and then some more.
