I had a disposable Zaza last week and it didnt seem to work. I mentioned it when I was in the shop again. I didnt think I could return something like that, but they said "bring it on in if i still have it. "

The dude there show me it just needed to be warmed up, the oil gets hard and cold. He showed me big smoke from the device I thought was defective.

I highly recommend Hempire State Smoke Shop for anyone looking for glassware, smoking accessories, CBD, kratom, or anything else.
The employees at Hempire State are all great; very friendly and accommodating. They will go the extra mile for you even unasked.
I'm a big fan of their reward points and kratom stamp system. Most times I make a purchase it seems like I am constantly qualifying for discounts or free merch. Store employees will never pressure you to sign up for their rewards system but once you're in they will never fail to make you aware of any discounts and rewards that you qualify for. Many stores will "hide" this kind of info from you and make it like pulling teeth to find out how many points you have or what you can do with them, but the folks at Hempire State are happy to help you get the most from their reward system.
Overall, great local store with a great bunch of people involved. There are other places closer to me that carry the type of items I'm looking for, but I will continue to drive across town to support Hempire State. I just wish they still carried Juul pods and devices. I would be more than happy to buy from Hempire rather than random gas stations.
