I didn’t visit the kayak launch but I walked along the newly constructed boardwalk deck thing. It was so cool! Very well made and offers beautiful views of the lake. I’ve been to this state park before but getting a nice view of the lake was challenging on this side so I’m definitely glad they built this deck!

Great spot for kayaking. Beginners will appreciate good launching ramp.

A lot of time and effort was just put into this park and people are already leaving garbage around despite garbage cans being everywhere.

Always a great place if you want to do a nice walk around 3 miles in total.

The openness of the lake is relaxing. I always enjoy the fall in its fullest at this lake. Gives meaning to the term peaceful
