Dr Henick was kind, considerate, and informative when I met with him prior to my cystourethroscopy last month, but when I entered the operating room, he stood by and watched as his resident, whose name I do not know, did a terrible job at inserting the IV anesthesia into the back of my hand. It was the most painful injection that I have ever experienced, & the bruising has lasted for over two weeks.
Please send him back to training on how to administer injections so that he does not do this to other patients, which is the reason I am posting this review.
All other aspects of my treatment at Mount Sinai, & my surgery by Dr Ann Tran were exemplary.
