4Received incorrect equipment. They tried to make it right but the new equipment they provided didn't work. They billed our credit card and we notified them that we should not be billed. They completely ignored us after that point. I'd stay far away from these guys.
Excellent staff. Machine broke down and they were right on top of it, they even sent a staff member to Poughkeepsie to get the part to keep me working! Thanks again!
