Heritage Apartments @ 308 West 18th Street reviews
5 Yana, the property manager, is a very kind and responsive landlord. Whenever there's some issue with the apartment, she's always there to help. I cannot remember how many times she has contacted the right person or helped me by herself in no time. She literally makes me feel that I can wholeheartedly trust her.
I have been locked outside the door a couple of times, and have experienced minor problems. Yana would always fix the problem soon. She has been picking up my packages since the very beginning, and I really appreciate it. She is respectful of tenants' needs, like the schedule of monthly housekeeping and the usage of heat.
There were challenging times as we are all aware of. I can still remember the moment Yana greeted me when I moved in Jun 2020. New York was almost a ghost town and the apartment building was almost empty. Yana would check on me from time to time, which really made me feel at home. It was not until May 2021 that New York City finally reopened and people flocked into the city and the apartment building. I cannot imagine how I could have survived were it not for Yana's help and support. She is much more than a landlord, a manager, more like a friend to me.
Yana is awesome and exceptional. She cares for others and makes my stay such a pleasant and unforgettable memory.
To whom it may concern,
My name is Marco and I am a resident at 308 W 18th St. As my time as a resident in the building comes to a conclusion, I wanted to take a moment to write a review for the fantastic property manager that I had the pleasure of meeting.
Yana is a caring and hard working individual who strives to make each resident feel safe, supported, and comfortable. Regardless of the magnitude of the issue, Yana goes above and beyond to ensure its resolution. I have nothing but the highest praise for Yana.
Yana was an absolutely wonderful landlord! Sweet, thoughtful, attentive, she would literally respond to any minor problem I had with an open smile. A gem!
I lived in a 2Bed 1Bath here for a summer and it was a great experience! Awesome price, fantastic service, and the cleaning / pest control services are great. Everyone is super responsive and helpful, highly recommend.
This apartment made my life a lot easier during my summer internship- I rented it out for a short term lease of 3 months. It's a fully furnished apartment with utilities and other consumables (toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, detergent) included, monthly cleaning service, free washers/dryers, pretty soundproof walls, and landlords that responded within minutes. Thanks Yana and Eko
