Heritage Club at Bethpage, Farmingdale NY

Mindy of the Heritage Club together with Rafael the Maître 'D and Anthony the bar tender made my daughter's bridal shower in the Oak room the most memorable affair. The food was amazing the service was outstanding, I can not say enough good things about the beautiful event at the Heritage club.

The venue is nice. It's clean, neat and organized. The service and waitstaff were great. The food was good. My only criticism would be that we needed a bigger table. We were toi cramped.

As a wedding photographer, I LOVE working at the Heritage Club! They have tons of good photo spots, both indoors and outdoors, which is a huge help on a rainy or winter day. The staff is wonderful to work with and they only do one event at a time, which is a huge plus!

Weht to my brothers wedding this weekend at the heritage club it was amazing, the service and food! They worked with Mindy and Danielle and they were amazing!

Beautiful venue and amazing staff (including Danielle, Dominic, and Angela)! This was my first choice location for my wedding and it was worth it! Went with a package and the vendors were fantastic and easy to work with. The Heritage Club was a dream come true!

My husband and I were married Friday 3/3/23 at Bethpage Heritage Club. We could not be happier with our experience. Talk about a dream come true! Danielle made the planning process seamless and stress free. She was always available to answer any questions and really worked to make our vision a reality. We also worked with Edgar and Janet who were very accommodating on the Wedding Day and ensured we had everything we needed and the evening went smoothly. The food was amazing and the venue is so gorgeous! 100000/10 would recommend having your event here.

We went for our food tasting and it was phenomenal! Everything was top quality and so delicious. I’ve had lunch at the restaurant quite a bit and the food has always been great.

I just had my wedding at the Heritage Club, and the day went perfectly. I met with Mindy when touring the venue, and she was very helpful in explaining all the details, and she remained hands-on throughout the whole process. Everything was set up beautifully, and the events progressed seamlessly. Guests told me that this wedding was the most "on time" and organized wedding they have ever attended. The maitre-d helped make sure everything was going according to plan, and he even made sure we were looking at the right cameras during various events. Janet, the bridal attendant, was also incredibly helpful beyond words. When my husband's button popped off his tuxedo jacket, she sewed it back on within seconds. When lipstick got on my teeth, she appears with a q-tip and some floss. She was always around to help carry my train or give me a glass of water (with a straw!). There was a moment when I was walking with my full train, but by the time I reached the end of a hall, Janet had magically bustled the dress without me even noticing.

From a guest-experience perspective, the Heritage Club also went above and beyond. Everyone raved about how full they were from cocktail hour, but then were still amazed by the quality of the seated dinner and passed desserts.

The venue itself is also beautiful, with each space having its distinct characteristics. The ballroom in the daylight is breathtaking and airy.

I want to start off by saying that we truly had the most perfect wedding. The Heritage Club was absolutely amazing. Our guests have not stopped raving about it and we are so happy with how it went.

My issue is, not even 24 hours after having our wedding we received a call from one of your staff members. They were calling to see how the service was because the staff did not receive enough tips. We were so upset for many reasons 1- because your staff was incredible and deserved a great tip and 2- because we were not even married for 24 hours and we received such an inappropriate call. It was not only embarrassing but it put an incredibly sour taste in our mouths. What is fair is fair and we resolved it right away by quickly paying another one of your staff members so that he could tip everyone. We had given tips that night but apparently it was not enough and whilst that MAY be true it could have been an email on Monday. Instead I received a call while leaving our wedding brunch. Not to mention, this staff member could not even find me or my husband to say hi the night of our wedding. You pay a lot to have a wedding here and this just to me was beyond unprofessional.

My sister recently had an equally as beautiful wedding at The Boathouse in NYC and tip was included in their final bill. With the obscene administrative fees that are tacked on to the final bill, maybe tips should be added to that so that your staff does not have to make painful calls like they did for us.

We had the most amazing night but unfortunately this one incident happened. I really debated writing a review but this was handled so poorly.

I know that you and the members at Heritage Club will probably say that you wanted to make sure the service was good and that's fair but obviously "New York's Premier" property is not going to have poor service. That was just an excuse to justify searching for more tips.

Like I said, what is fair is fair and we wanted to make that right and right away and we did. I guess my point in this email is we really were rubbed the wrong way in the end.

Janet is absolutely incredible and so is the rest of the staff that were working there that night. Our night was perfect and we will not let something like this take away from it but I think something needed to be said.

I had my daughter’s Sweet 16 party and all I can say is, WOW! Everything was perfect, Danielle was very easy to work with, always available via phone and emails. Rafael the Maitr D made all of my visions come true without a hitch. Food and drinks were flowing. The best decision ever made!

Food was mediocre at best, and skimpy portions. Dessert was do-it-yourself apple cobbler and blueberry crumb pie where guests had to spoon out ice cream themselves. Disappointing.

I was the wedding planner for my friends' wedding at this venue and absolutely LOVED working with the staff at the Heritage Club. Danielle was our contact person leading up to the event and was very responsive to our emails throughout the whole process. She made sure everything was lined up and ready to go for the day, making my job as the wedding planner a thousand times easier! The day-of staff was also incredible. Edgar, our maître d', handled every aspect of the day and Janet, our bridal attendant, was there to solve every little problem that came up. I would highly recommend the Heritage Club to all the future brides and grooms I work with!

The food was not good at wedding reception, steak was so tough. The appetizers were excellent though. Some staff were so nice and some seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else.
