Nonexistent customer service.
I’ve made multiple calls and left simple, straightforward messages. Either they are incapable of comprehending ANYTHING - or are deliberately and conveniently ignoring my calls so they are not accountable. They could not be worse!
I, along with several other residents in my development, have expressed total dissatisfaction and enormous frustration dealing with Heritage Management. Our board needs to dump them. Total waste of our money.

Can we give negative stars? This company is good at collecting money. That's about it. There is no customer service. Their administrative practices seem to be rooted in the 1980s- be prepared for red tape miles and miles long, excuses longer than your arm, and spending money on services you are not receiving.

As other reviews have stated, this company lack customer service skills. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get them to respond back to your phone calls / emails. My hair is turning gray and i’m still waiting on Ursula to get back to me. Smdh. I’d give negative 5 stars if I could.

I had posted a review a while back and removed it as I felt bad.

I decided to put it back on in order to let People know what kind of People the Heritage Management Services LLC are.

The Heritage Management Services LLC, located in Somers NY is by far the worst Company I have ever dealt with.

And the Foxwood Condominium Board of Directors are extremely difficult to deal with, which I see by their ratings by Many other People.

They are the noseist and most intrusive People In which I have ever conducted business with.

They don't manage their Property Correctly and their Financial Person is atrocious.
They cash Your Checks two weeks later and then proceed to charge You exhorbant Late Charges and Legal Fees illegally.

I won't get into the terrible things in which they Have done to Me as I was advised not to for Legal Reasons.

I will say, Don't move to the Foxwood Condominium and if You already reside there, Triple Lock all Your Doors and Secure Your Property Meticulously.

They don't allow Cameras, but they Place Cameras in Private Locations which is illegal and immoral in which I was subjected to.

Do not move to this dysfunctional Foxwood Condominium or You will regret it.

On a closing note, There are many other Financialy sounder and Peaceful Condominiums in Mount Kisco and other parts of Weschester.

Due to Sensative Legal reasons, unfortunately I am unable to elaborate any further.

Unless you make a pest of yourself by continuously calling and emailing the owner you get no response from the rest of the team.

I am still trying to understand why OYV continues to use them. I am going to make it my mission to find out why. There has to be someone better out there.

Heritage manages my condo development. I think that they are absolutely terrific. Honest and responsive at all times.

The place is not good Heritage Hills management company I'm sorry to say this is not a good management company company I live in one of their complexes that they supposed to be fixing I was is falling apart what did you this is falling apart the board of directors are fighting everybody's fighting it's a terrible place to live And don't worry I heard one of the boys directors told somebody if they don't listen to their rules then move so I am moving but I'm not moving because they're telling me to move I'm moving because the place is terrible it's never been the same in the last 10 years

This is an incredibly unprofessional company. Their staff are arrogant and rude, they do not reply to communication or meeting requests, and do not enforce rules for condo association tenants even when directed by the board of directors. They lie about their responsibilities and have no follow through. They’re even willing to be bullied by certain tenants to get their way. Do not hire this company.

Took care of my problem asap.very responsive that's all I could have asked for.

Excellent service, prompt at returning calls and providing all of the information you need.

No people skills - they work 100% for the board president and do nothing for the unit owners. The owner of Heritage is also rude and disrespectful.
