Well-known brand. But I went to him twice.closed. Pay attention to the working hours before going to him.

Classic hermes, keeping the good stuffs at the back, but surprisingly my french sales attendant was friendly and helpful

I love their perfumes. Service was absolutely perfect. Sometimes it took time to get enter for that I gave them 4 star.

Unprofessional, stuck up staff. If you’re not dressed head to toe in high end designer, you WILL be ignored (even the security in front will not open the door for you). I tried to get sales associate’s attention and ask for help, and she looked the other way.

Terrible company I bought shoes online from them and I returned after 2 days because they were tight and did not not fit they told me they couldn’t give me a refund because they were in bad conditions how is that possible if it was worn they are theifs and I can’t wait for them to go out of business!

Bought a scarf here, this sales lady with blonde hair and an accent was extremely condescending and unwelcoming. Don't recommend her at all!

When I arrived, the doorlady looked inside (to an almost empty store, with 5 or 6 clients), said the place was too full, told me to come back in 15 minutes and closed the door to my face.

Some seconds after that, a couple left the store. Then she said I could come inside.

Didn't expect this rudeness in a Hermès store.

I visited wearing very comfortable clothes because I was traveling, but I was impressed by the warm response. It was hard to find Pop Ashu earrings these days, but they showed me right away and I was able to purchase them.
