Hermès, Garden City NY

I had a great time in NY this summer, because I met the best SA in my life, her name is Carrie (Kerry), I am a loyal fan of Hermès, I like its high quality but not Exaggerated, I am very happy to meet Carrie. She is very professional, attentive and friendly to help me,
She is so amazing!
This time I bought the belts shoes bracelet and many more, I will definitely come back next time, because I feel very respected and friendly.

Terrible company I bought shoes online from them and I returned after 2 days because they were tight and did not not fit they told me they couldn’t give me a refund because they were in bad conditions how is that possible if it was worn they are theifs and I can’t wait for them to go out of business!

Huge fan of hermes for their classic sophisticated style. It's not flashy but those who know know. Everything i have from hermes is always of high quality and last for years and years, not matter how often i use it.
This store is more boutique style. However the people that work here are some of the kindest people out of all the hermes stores that i have visited around the world. Kerry is my preferred SA and top recommendation if you're looking for a good sales associate. She is amazing, personable and kind. She always makes you feel seen and like you matter. You're not just another customer to her. She really goes out of her way to get to know you and help you find what works best for you. Having an SA who understands you and looks out for your best interest is top tier customer service and is absolutely priceless. We always have a fantastic experience with her. She always goes out of her way to make sure we are taken care of and that all our orders come out right.

I agree with patrons who noticed little attention as far as being greeted. A little polish on that aspect would be welcomed. However once Angela appeared she was wonderful! Actually the entire staff looked on and helped fulfill my experience. Best gift a man can buy a woman without equal!

This hermes have a great selection of shoes, belts, scarves, and jewelry. Elizabeth was so patient helping me pick out my belt. She was very attentive. She brought out a selection of belt sizes and buckles so I could find my perfect combination. She was also very friendly and we had a great conversation over korean food. I will definitely come to this store again.

No one greeted us when we went in and out, and no one paid attention to us. We waited for a long time, and no one received it. Their attitude was very bad. It was simply a garbage store.

Rebecca worked with us for literally a full hour to choose my bracelet. I finally decided on a yellow gold variation of the color I wanted but no one could find it. Rebecca and Elizabeth then went to the back and searched for 30+ minutes and find my bracelet in a box labeled differently than the one they found. They could have dismissed me as there is such a minuscule difference in colors, but worked to make my day. PLUS! They were short staffed this day but did not mind giving me their time!
