So far, excellent. It great to have your meds dispensed at the appropriate time. The first time you load it is great.

️When you need to refill the medication, you have to count out how many pills you're inserting. As it dispenses your medication, I wonder if an auto-reset selector could be set-up.
Think of people who have problems with their hands and need a more direct approach.

️If you inadvertently hit the incorrect dispense selection, you have to select the advance dose in order to receive your current medications. Can a work around be created to readjust the dispensing of the current medications?

I love this product and highly recommend it to anyone taking no more than 10 medications at various times. Great invention and excellent support services.

Life changer, I am now compliant with my medication thanks to my Hero and its reminders. I would recommend Hero to anyone that takes several medications

What a life saver. Literally. The Hero pill dispenser has allowed my father to receive only the meds he needs when he needs them. No more shortages or overdoses.

Hero is Great. They have good customer support. Never forget to take your meds again. It is very flexible insetting up for your individual needs. Has pleasant tones to remind you its time to take your meds as well as on your mobile devices. I recommend. Its just Great!

This machine is a lifesaver and it works exactly as it needs to. And the tech help is terrific!

I am loving my HERO
I not only remember every dose of my medication now, and to call in all my refills but I have a personal care rep that calls me once a month just to see if I have any questions. Before I got this I was forgetting my Parkinson's med during the day and only remembering to take it at my 2 main med times of the day. And I always forgot refills until I was completely out of the med. Or would forget to pick up the med from the pharmacy. HERO doesn't let me forget, and the person/people set as trusted or caregiver gets reminders and notifications as well so they too can remind you. It's amazing

I love the Hero pill dispenser. It keeps me on schedule as well as not running out of my meds. I highly recommend the HERO.

I’ve been using my Hero pill dispensing machine for years now. I am 30 years old now and I have a high paced, busy life. I myself work in pharmacy and I could not recommend this product enough to any one that is taking over 5 medications more than once daily. I currently have 3 scheduled times, and all 10 spaces of my hero are filled with medication. Lucky for me 10 is all I needed for scheduled medications. (Hero I will gladly take one that holds more when you get there For vitamins and PRNS!) My hero saves me HOURS each week. I use to have to sit and sort out my medications weekly to make sure I was taking all of my doses when needed. When I did that I would procrastinate it off until I had no meds in my pill organizers and some weeks missed days before I had time to sit down and get it done. Now the hero is a staple in our household. I have an auto immune disease and mental health issues and this machine is saving my life one day and one dose at a time. My compliance is at an all time high and it keeps me in a good mind space. I keep it in the kitchen, it is a bit noisy for the bedroom, and 9 times out of 10 it gets commented on and we get asked what the spaceship on the kitchen counter is! Thank you hero! The subscription fee is a small amount for my peace of mind. It doesn’t matter how young or old you are. It also doesn’t matter how capable you are, because hero is for absolutely everybody. Don’t walk, run and get yourself a medication spaceship!

Has been appreciated every day I've had it. It never let's me forget my twice and sometimes 3 times daily my prescription.

I love my Hero. It helps me stay on track with my meds. Alerts me when I need to refill my prescription and I receive a monthly check to ensure I am not having any medication issues and that this Hero is working properly for me. I wish I would have gotten mine sooner.

Hero Health has been a huge help in maintaining my wife's health. She takes 12 medications a day 10 are located inside our Hero and 2 outside the Hero at multiple times of the day. The Hero reminds us when it's time to take her meds both on her phone and from the machine. I ran into a problem not long ago and reached out to support and they provided a quick fix

Before I received my Hero Machine, I had a syncopal moment where I went to the floor because I had not been taking my thyroid medication since I have received the Hero Machine I have not missed a single dose of any medication. I love my Hero Machine.

My husband passed away in September and since then I have missed several of my medications. I saw an add for HERO and had my daughter check it out for me. What a life saver. I called and they took care of everything. They checked to make sure Medicare would pay for it and I received my HERO machine in just a few days. It's so easy to use. After its programed you just push a button and watch the pills drop into the cup. If you need help programming your HERO just give them a call and they will help you.
