From the moment I moved in, I knew I had found something special. The warm welcome from the staff, the meticulously maintained grounds, and the sense of belonging among neighbors have truly made this place feel like home.

The dedication to creating a comfortable and inviting environment is evident in every detail. The staff, including the two amazing Hannahs, consistently go above and beyond to ensure that residents are happy and well taken care of.

The Clubhouse, is the heart of our community. It's a place where friendships are forged, where laughter fills the air, and where residents like me truly feel part of something special.

I moved to Heron Pointe last month and everything has been smooth and great. The staff are responsive, kind, and accommodating and it has been awesome being a part of this community!

A lovely apartment! Everything was pristine on move in day and the management reps were so helpful leading up to the day. Service requests are outstanding… maintenance staff take care of issues on the same day or next day depending on when it is submitted.

Hands down a great place to live, very nice and spacious plus great amenities All 3 Gals in the Office are awesome.

We moved here in January from Delaware. We couldn’t be happier, we feel right at home here. The pool and use of the basketball and pickle ball courts kept us busy all summer. We’re only 15 minutes away from Niagara Falls and the Outlets.
I’m so glad I made the right choice to start our new chapter here a Heron Point Apartments, thanks to the friendliness of the staff and maintenance people as well.

My husband and I moved in a few years ago, just the two of us. Since then, we’ve grown to a family of four. And I’m so happy to have my little ones in such a nice, safe environment as their first home! Neighbors are great, office staff is kind, and the amenities are excellent and getting better. Just this year, they added a pickle ball court, basketball court, and charcoal grill to the list! We’re big fans and would recommend Heron Pointe to all.

Amazing staff. The ladies in the office are absolutely amazing to deal with. Beautiful apartments inside and out. Grounds are always maintained. Would recommend to anyone around! Keep up the amazing job! #makeitrane

The staff is very helpful and kind. Which is different than I’ve experienced with regards to other apartment complexes. The gym is nice and the other gym-goers are kind and courteous. Neighbors are either quiet or the sound proofing is great. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are very nice, other than some dog droppings here and there. Overall a great place to live so far.

I’ve only been here a month but I love it so far! It’s very clean outside and in and there’s so many amenities that come with the complex. The staff are so nice which is always a plus.my apartment is beautiful and I haven’t had any issues so far!
