Amazing food. Best poutine on either side of the border. I do wish they would use more secure packaging for delivery, maybe closed with a sticker. I’ve had it bust open before

As a French Canadian, I love poutine. Poutine and cream is maybe kind of a gross name, but the food is anything but. I really love their poutine selection. But honestly I'm happy to stick to the traditional fries, curd cheese, and gravy most days.

This place has stuck the landing on the basics. The gravy is good. The fries are crispy, and the cheese is solid.

I like the diner feel and aesthetic. And the employees have always been really kind and efficient.

The ice cream shakes are solid. I have a couple favorites, but the important notes are that they're consistently good. The only negative experience I've had with ice cream is that I once ordered vanilla ice cream and got what seemed more like custard. The consistency was definitely not ice cream, and the taste was off.

If I had any complaint, it would be about the fluctuating standards. From cook to cook you will get variations. Sometimes the fries are overly salted. Sometimes the curd cheese isn't as fresh as I'd like it. Fresh curd cheese should squeak when you bite it. At some point I was told they got their cheese from Yancey's fancies. Which is very good. I'm not sure if they've deviated from that. But I haven't had squeaky curd cheese in a long time.

Once upon a time they were also using wooden forks and biodegradable straws. And they've switched back to plastic, which is a great shame. Whenever restaurants are using plastic utensils I wish they would at least ask you if you needed them. The generally when I get home I just noticed they've stuck two or three in the bag.

Came and left. They didn't have anything I asked for.

Marc,
My sister-in-law took us here to treat us for my husband and I Birthday on Saturday May 14th. It was 5 people all together, I asked for the cheesecake one and my husband and my sister in law asked for the same too they ran out. My mother-in-law asked for the cookie one they ran out. We asked for the brownie one, ran out of it too, even strawberry ice cream with the dip cone. We asked what we really wanted and there was nothing. So we left, was looking forward for it, very disappointed.

Cool reprieve from hot Buffalo summers! I tried the creamy bun, which was glazed donut buns with cream and whipped cream. Yummy cool desert. Highly recommend. Helpful kind staff. Gonna try the alcoholic desserts next time I'm here.

The milkshakes and poutine were absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly and the outdoor seating is nice to have available. It's probably going to be my go-to spot in the area now. I am so glad I decided to go after a friend recommended it to me. It's a definite favorite!

5/5 for the poutine and cream, plus friendly service. However, I don't recommend their burgers. The meat was extremely pink (I'm usually fine with some pink, but this was basically raw ground beef) and came with four pieces of ground up bone.

We randomly spotted this on a walk and it was such a great stop. Delicious veggie poutine and spiked shakes to die for.

Food was very salty, and quite expensive. 23 dollars for fries and a milkshake is a little much. Milkshake was fantastic though. I'd go back for the shakes, but have yet to be impressed by the Poutine.

Oh my yummyness, if you haven't tried their stinger poutine you just have not lived! I use to go to Canada for poutine fries, but not anymore, especially them being real close to me. Thank you HAP for being so awesome!

Great place to get poutine. They have alot of different options to choose from. All that I have tried have been great but my favorite is the pulled pork poutine. The staff is always super friendly and the food comes out fairly quickly.

I have not tried the ice cream but from what my friends say it's excellent.

This place is amazing. The poutine was outstanding and even better than ones in Canada. The shakes are so good as well. Me and my family will be back!

Delicious poutine on a cold spring afternoon was what Poutine and Cream served up. I came in with my friend today after a matinee, and at around 7 pm on a Saturday, it was pretty full up in a small restaurant. Many people were waiting, but in my strongest commendation for my experience today, the two people working were efficient, pleasant and delivered the food before I thought it would be there. Great work for people who may have been short-staffed, but the service did not reflect it at all. Great food all around, thank you!

I got the Montreal blubber, oops I mean "steak, " but seriously it was 3 chunks of steak and 6 big blobs of blubber. It was seriously gross. They used to be so great and now they're just not. The attention to delivering quality ingredients just isn't there. You already had to close the one on Allen, you will need to step up your kitty to keep this one open. You've lost me, it was just gross. Not cheap either so I feel scammed too. Boo

Not a lot of space to eat, so don't plan to hang out in cold weather. The food was amazing - I got a small chicken, bacon, ranch poutine and loved the flavors. I ordered a freaky shake, and it was AMAZING but it was so incredibly messy to drink because of the decorations on the outside. I took ice cream sandwiches home for another day, and I liked mine but my husband thought the ice cream was lacking flavor.

I got the big D and it taste like a fancy version of a big Mac. Spot on, I loved it. Portion size is great, cooked perfectly. Great options

Love the sustainable packaging and utensils, food was done quick and it was yummy! Also they wrote TyTy for my order name which was a nice touch. Brightened my day!

I'm not the world's greatest expert on poutine, only having moved from downstate New York in the last year or so, but one of my friends who has been eating poutine on both sides of the US/Canada border agreed with me that this is superior stuff. Not just the poutine, but the ice cream as well. Highly recommended for lunch, dinner, or a spot of dessert. You won't be disappointed!

Went for the poutine to Hertel Avenue and this Place didn’t let us down!
We had the chicken quesadilla poutine and the traditional poutine. Portions are huge, we couldn’t even finish it.
Both was very good! The classic one was a little too salty for me but the chicken quesadilla poutine was top notch.
Never had poutine like that before.
Definitely worth checking out when in the neighborhood!
