The worst customer service they got attitude and they make u wait forever that’s the worst location of all hertz locations

I rented with this place 2 times and both times the wait time took 2 hours. No cars available even if you have a reservation for a car. Don’t recommend this location to anyone.

One of the worst location I ever been too it has one of the most terrible customer service I experience. They don’t care to help. Go to enterprise or Avis

Fast, friendly service. This is a busy location and the employees are extremely efficient and hard working while maintaining professionalism. They deserve a raise.

I don’t usually made complaints but these place and the costumer services is the worst. They literally made me go to the location to let me know they don’t cars available for uber. Like come on how yall play with the time of the people I would’ve been nice if yall
Call me to let me know before I spent 60$ on uber to get there. Lack of professionalism. Unacceptable! Thank you for nothing they couldn’t even try to call another of they locations or arrangements to make me feel better or at least I could understood they try to help. HORRIBLE

It was the most horrible experience that I've ever had. I returned a car and the lady said with a lot of conviction that someone smoked inside the car because she found some wood dust inside the car and said firmly that the car was smelling like someone smoke cigarette OR weed (she didn't even know exactly what was, like if it didn't have any difference between them). She decided to charge me $400,00 dollars and said that they would make some kind of test to prove me that it was ashes. There was no test that it was made and they charged me anyway. So if you are thinking about to rent a car with them, make sure you will take a shower before enter in one of their cars, take your shoes off, and make a detailing in the car too before return it. It will cost you less than being accused of something you didn't do and they can't prove it.
If all of this wasn't enough, the car had a bag full of food in the trunk smelling preatty bad and the seat belt were smelling a perfume so hard too. They just don't care about their cars and try to charge you about anything they can so you will pay for the cleaning.

Horrible experience. HERTZ customer service here is terrible if you could avoid this location I truly suggest you do. The staff is very uncouth and most importantly disrespectful. I was alarmed by the commitment of choice that was brought onto the customers by staff (staff employing and making decisions on behalf of their own preferences as if they were entitled to tell you what you were going to spend your money on and leaving you with option-less choices that totally do not reflect those of your own. I am looking further into this matter to assure that this company is following the proper ethics and to make sure that the residents of the Bronx and Westchester are not stifled by discriminatory policies or practices. Please stay tuned as if this maybe the issue; I will hit ''em where it hertz!

Nice little office with helpful and friendly stuff. Lots of new neat cars to choose from. Would be nice if weekend drop off was part of the service, but I have never been disappointed by them.

Worst experience ever. When I picked up the car contract said full but it was below half a tank. I told the representative he said he will fix, did not receive the updated email that he said I would. The worst part was returning I gave the young lady the keys she said she has to inspect the car mind you no inspection is done at pick up. She was outside for some time then came in and said in front of the other customer I am charging you $400 for smoking in the vehicle! I was mortified. She told me you are a president circle member and I should know better, I couldn’t believe it! I eventually called the cops after pleading with them. The cops did not smell any smoke but she would not budge they suggested I get a report and call corporate! This experience was awful and very upsetting. I had a reservation for the Easter week at the location which I cancelled I would never go back!

They gave me a car with transmission problems, the service is so bad I dare not complain for fear of retaliation. Just hoping to get my car back asap.

If i could Give 0 stars i would. They have no respect, they work with zero diligence, they don’t care about your time… they will have you waiting in person or over the phone for hours then hang up on you. They need to be shut down, they are giving the company a terrible and mediocre look.

This is the worst HERTZ location that’s why it’s so cheap! Horrible and rude staff they also charged me $90 for refueling when I brought back the car in the same half fuel point it was given to me. I let the staff know ahead of time that I was given a half tank but they didn’t acknowledge me. Even after fixing the mistake no one said sorry just handed me the slip and didn’t look me in the face. The Car was very filthy and smelled like smoke. Every one is not polite and not professional. I have never left a review but these guys absolutely deserve lower than 1 Star. I actually like Hertz but not this location.

First and last time I’m renting from! Very unprofessional staffs, everybody move like they nine months pregnant they act they are doing you a favor by renting car from them they don’t think with out Costmer they will not have the job they need us not we! They gave me a car it’s was just rinsed with dirty water dirty in and out! Hey people don’t rent from gerz

Horrible, horrible, horrible phone support. Im paying $373/week and these people cant take a minute to even renew my rental for another week for them to mke money. Always rushing you for no reason you cant even ask a question. Im putting in a complaint, someone needs to be fired.
