6Tried to rent from them twice but could not. 1st thing told me after I rented.it would cost me an additional $200. For a security deposit. WTH. So the second time I rented a car then they said it will cost $500.for a security deposit. WTH.cause I used a Denver card. Stupid Hertz Car Rental will never go back there again. I will stick with U-Haul, much nicer and a whole lot Cheaper.
Does not help meet expectations of customers. I do not recommend using Hertz at this location.
I made a reservation a week before, , talked with the branch manager Nicole. I was told my deposit would be $200 and I had to use the and card I was never told that IF that card was a debit card it would be a $500 deposit. Nor was I told that I could use a different card for said deposit. Long story short, they ran a credit check, lowered my criteria score and took more than double the amount for a deposit. I was in a bind with no other options as I had to bring my daughter back to college over 5 hours away. The suv we got was only slightly bigger than my Fiesta. I don't think he did is going to fit. I lived this location and never had a problem like this before. But I'll never rent from them again after this.
Save yourself the headache and go to Enterprise, they’ll treat you with respect. At Hertz, I had the displeasure of dealing with one of the laziest, most clueless, and worst customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with, and that’s not mentioning the hidden policies and fees.
I placed a reservation 2 weeks ahead and they canceled it the day off pick up. I highly recommend avoiding this place.
I called yesterday to make sure they had the car my insurance company reserved. They said they did. I asked if I could pick the car up between 3 and 330pm today when I got out of work. The employee said yes, just bring your license and a credit card for the deposit. I showed up at 3: 20pm and was told they did not have any vehicles. I explained I called yesterday and had a reservation. He said we'll unfortunately we don't have a vehicle for you. No on answers the corporate number or the chat. Never renting from Hertz again.
