This place is just bad service point blank I encourage any and everyone to please not go here they never want to do nothing to help you always making you call hertz customer service and the lady with the glasses always has the worst attitude towards everyone I’ve seen walk in including my self. Im a hertz presidential circle and for some reason she’s always to lazy to upgrade my car cause she’s the only one working at the moment. I’ve been renting with hers for over 4 years now and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had not to mention my card is charged so much money for tows I don’t understand
Do Not Rent from these thieves. Especially from this location. It will be one of the biggest mistake of your life. They will continue to charge your card after you return the car. They been charging my card thousands of dollars and calling it the tolls when I never used any tolls in different states and many other charges that they cannot even explain. There cars are also not even maintained. The manager Peter however is a lazy piece of s***. I’ve filed a case with small claims court because they keep charging my card many charges even after months returning there cars. If you ask them what those charges are for they will just tell you bunch of numbers to call and no one will help. I’ve already paid thousands of dollars with out even taking one toll. Or anything else. Please do yourself a favor Do not rent from here. You are warned. Hopefully BBB and attorney general will shut them down soon.
The girl must of been having a bad day. She gave the man in front of me a dirty look and then denied me the car I reserved last week when I had the information for the particular car I was picking up already in hand to show her. There were 8 of those cars sitting on the lot along with a lot full of rentals. Terrible get rid of her. FYI she admitted to being racist.
I would definitely not recommend hertz rental for your rental needs. At first the price seemed reasonable when I went to pick up the car it was actually empty with about 48 miles left on the tank so I had to fill the tank before I left, it was not clean properly. I had ordered a rogue, so I had called the day I ordered to make sure that they give me the rouge because I was taking a trip down to Florida and ordered that car because I knew I would be comfortable in it. I went into Huntington Station relieve that morning. I was picking up the car later on in that afternoon at four. They told me they were looking around the island to find a rogue they did finally get one, but it was not cleaned or filled with gas. The gas light was on with only 48 miles left till the tank was completely empty. I was appreciative of them finding me a rogue, so I let those things slide. On my way down to Florida. The rearview mirror kept falling off of the car. It was ridiculous. When I open the back door, the trim to the back door would come off the car to that I’d have to snap back into place. When I brought the car back, I told them about these issues and how annoying they were. I got an apology. I left and that was the end of it. Now I’m getting an added charge of $279.90 on my credit card for tolls when I used my own easy pass. Why they’re charging me $279.90 when all of the tolls on the receipt list zero is beyond me, but I was told at Huntington Station that I could use my EZ Pass with no problem. I would definitely never ran from this company again. Nothing but aggravation. I would give it zero stars if I could.
Now they’ve added a $422 charge to my card. This doesn’t end. They can’t find their easy pass transponder and someone else has been using and they’re trying to charge me for those bills when I used my own transponder for this trip. This is absolutely ridiculous. Definitely don’t use hurts. Ever.
I recently had an unpleasant experience with the staf. Not only were they extremely rude, but they also lied to me several times.

Service is fast and they will upgrade you if they can. They offer a Dropbox after hours which is so convenient.

I use to go somewhere else but I have paid a few extra bucks because of the great experience.
