Hi-Light Lighting & Vanities, Yonkers NY

We have been a customer at this family run business for a number of years. Fans lights fixtures.

We recently purchased two ceiling fans. Unfortunately after installing one it turned out to be defective verified by the manufacturer’s tech support group. The manufacturer other than verifying their fan was defective didn’t help beyond telling me what I already knew. Now what?

John at High Light to the rescue. He walked me thru and provided support to return the defective fan and get credit toward a new one and shipped me a new fan at his expense. He answered every call and every question along the way.

I love doing business where there is a family at the helm and this is a shining example.

Thank you John and High Light for making what could have been much more complicated a very simple fix.

What a great experience! I called for some help to take apart a light fixture, had trouble getting the bulb out. John helped me over the phone looking at photos and walking me through. When I arrived at the store the bulb was stuck. John again helped me by taking out the old, putting in and testing the new. What friendly and helpful people. And they have absolutely everything anyone could need

I always drive by this place and wondered when I will be able to stop by. The reason for stopping in was to look at chandeliers for my bedroom and the reception from Ronnie and Alex were just amazing. While doing a full house renovation, I have come to Hi-light for every room in my home. I have searched high and low, but their stuff is way above the rest! They have the most unique things, and their customer service is excellent. And the prices can’t be beat.
I always work with Emma, she’s excellent. She really knows the inventory and has and she’s excellent. She really knows the inventory and has a great eye for design; and John the owner is great too.
