They are slow and poorly managed. They toss car mats in front of you with no shame. Not enough workers and the ones work-work lousy. I paid for higher level of cleaning got basic things only done. I won’t come back.

Good place as long as all you need is a basic car wash. If you need more, it's always a bit tricky, at least on weekend, and the overall experience is average.

The car wash itself is good but a few of the workers are lazy when it comes to drying and if you don't say something they will leave the interior dirty!

My car is 2 weeks old.it was just dusty.but even this they couldnt do properly.i paid VIP $35 and cleaned the car by myself finally.the do it every time, and im just tired of it.sorry guys, but wont come here anymore.enough

Ridiculous wait time for wiping your car.

I waited 30 minute no joke. They need to hire more staff. Didn’t vacuum car properly. Really poor service. Oil change was quick though. Avoid this place for car wash.

They used to be good, now their customer service went down and service cost went up. Other car wash in this neighborhood are cheeper than them. Now they rip you off. I live near by, for a year I had stopped going to them, i go to other places

It used to be the best car wash in Brooklyn, not anymore. Basic car wash including tips would cost over $20, quality is not that good anymore

Ok but they arent very attentive to details. Had to point out some of the stains on my car for them to clean.

Left my car here for a full details. Has been told it will include a complete shampoo of the cabin and whole car polished. Was in a rush and picked up the car without checking. Assuming everything is done as expected but wheels were not cleaned, dirt all over in between doors, had a little area of glue left by the phone holder and it’s still there. Would not call it a complete detailing, sorry guys -this is not something small, c-mon non of the rims were cleaned!

NOT RECOMMENDED. Today they had a new worker-a young guy with optical dark glasses. He was very lazy to clean my car. When he finished I saw that inside everywhere the dust on the doors and dirt inside the doors when I told him about it then he did not want to clean but began to argue and accuse me that I did it. Another worker told him to quickly clean it inside. I've always used the most expensive car washing service, but after that I will never go back there. Your prices are very high your workers should tell “Thank you for using our service” but instead they allow themselves to do a bad job so still argue and show their hatred. I NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.

Paid for VIP wash $37, the staff threw out everything I had in my door storage compartment. Very slow service as well.

Very bad experience staff is not cooperative, specially the Russian young girl inside at the counter she dnt has manners to talk to the customers. She is so rude. She looks like she is fad up from this job.

Employees don't fully wipe the car down after a wash, even with a $22+ car wash. They even won't give you a cloth rag, so you can finish what they were supposed to do.

I’m not really happy with my oil change. My car has been producing black smoke lately and has a hard start. And it’s getting warmer outside. It was expensive and I feel like they mixed it with vegetable oil. Good place for a car wash if you don’t care about scratchy brushes. Two days later, my car is dirty. But that’s maybe because I parked under a tree.

They need to dry the mats after washing, otherwise it will stay wet and can cause some eater damage and smell later on.

Found this car wash to be kinda of pricey; also I really didn't like that after I already paid I was asked for more just a few more dollars if I wanted something specific cleaned also which of course I did). In the end it came to over $40; whille I was mostly satisfied and they did have two workers spend lile 30 mins working on the car (don't want to guess what percentage of that moneybt went down to them) I later noticed some obvious interior spots were untouched that shouldn't have been misses (i.e. That sunken handle compartment on the inside of he door, inside those pockets in the back seats, etc). I've been there before but not in awhile; while the results were okay I'm gonna try somewhere cheaper next time to see how it compares.

The worst service i ever had, mechanic asking for tips like I must to give, when they changed brake system on a car they broken sensor! After that asking for additional pay to fix that, this is totally not acceptable.
Never again will use this place and dont recommended to anyone.

I told technician something is hanging under car He pulled car out and told me to come back in 3000 miles. You lost business and a customer! Worker should be fired!
