Cancelled appointment an hour before! After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment! Horrible.do not use.think they would be professional and make next day? NOPE cancelled tried to make another week wait! Nope getting new doc!

I highly recommend Hicksville Pediatrics. I have been going to Dr. Mehrotra since the day she opened with my 5 children and have nothing but good things to say about her. She cares for her patients as if they were her own. She is very thorough and I am happy she is our pediatrician.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL. I want my child medical from the doctor. Not only they charged me but Twice filled the form incorrectly. And Charged me twice for the same form. When I asked they said we can give your "MONEY BACK". (VERY RUDELY). Last day to submit my kid's medical. My friends told me to not go here and stay at my previous doctor.

This place doesn't even deserve one star I just did it because the website requires it. I would never recommend this doctor anyone especially people with little kids that can not explain their problem. I was left alone, sick with a high fever after going to doctor because instead of telling me my diagnosis she decided to very irresponsibly go on vacation. She told me I'd get my results back in three days but no one was in the office so of course I couldn't get my results. After going back she told me whatever I had developed into a lung infection. During my follow up she wasn't even there, she never even is there at the correct times and the staff, specifically a woman at the desk was highly rude to my mother and accused her of things. Not to mention that I had to spend an inconsiderable amount of co pay. After going to a proper doctor I found out that because of her actions my illness had developed into asthma. Now that is something I will have to deal with for the rest of my life because of someone so uncaring.

Mr daughter been going to dr. Deepti since she born doctor deepti always provide her the best service thank you so much. I will personally recomend dr. Deepti for any ur pediatric needs.

Brought my son to her today for the first time. I was Not satisfied with his other pediatrician. She thoroughly checked his symptoms and provided a proper explanation. She relieved my worries. I will continue to bring my son to her, she knows what she's doing.

Wonderful Doctor who always insures that her patients are well taken care of and that the parents are well informed. Extremely responsive via telephone as well. My family highly recommends Hicksville Pediatrics!

Incredibly insensitive medical practice. I called for an appointment DURING business hours and got a recording to call back during business hours.called again a few minutes later and got someone who refused to give an appointment, despite my explaining how sick my child was. Every time I call this place I either get a machine or someone who says there are no appointments for at least a week. When you have a sick child waiting a week is not an option. Have had to go to other doctors who are much farther away as a result and now this doctor refuses to give an appointment because she's not a "fill in doctor". How can you tell someone to take their sick child to a different doctor 40 minutes away instead just because they made the mistake of having come in once before? ! And the BS that "I don't know the child's history" is just that, you wouldn't know it if she was a new patient either! A sick child is a sick child. This doctor should be ashamed of herself.

Extremely rude and negligent to her patients. I came here after going through severe anaphylactic shock when I was taken to the hospital. After telling her about this event, she told me I don't have any serious allergies and told me to find a new doctor. The following week I suffered another close to death allergy attack because she ignored my symptoms and visit to the ER. My brother goes here as well and he was also told to find a new doctor out of nowhere. She is completely unprofessional and I would never allow my family around her negligent care.

Best pediatrician in Hicksville, very caring, listens carefully, I recommended her to my friends and family.
