High Quality Electric is the perfect name for the type of service provided. I had a job which needed immediate attention while I was out of the country. I entrusted job to Alex and his team and they delivered. The price was fair, the communication was fluid and the professionalism of tech makes it a no brainer on who I'll be calling in the future.

I was having an issue with an outlet in a rental unit.
I searched for "Top Rated Electrician" and High Quality Electrician of NY was one of the results.
The gentleman I spoke with asked me what the issues were and without hesitation said it can be taken care of.
Electrician James was assigned to the job.
He called exactly at the time I was told.
He was respectful & very professional.
He got the root of the problem and made the proper repairs.

Cazaar is an extremely nice person. He did a beautiful job of installing track lighting in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him!

Had a fuse burnt out so I called High Quality Electric. They gave an appointment for the next day as their soonest, but shortly after I get a phone call that they have someone in the area that can come over right away. Cazaar came, looked over the situation and got to work. Very professional young man. Had no problem answering questions. He traced the problem from the fuse box in the basement to a socket in the attic. Took 2 hours but the problem was resolved. Would recommend them and and would call them again.

Alex, Angelo and Islam are terrific. Every aspect of the work that was needed to make sure my electrical system was safe and up to code was explained and carried out professionally and meticulously. They arrived on time and left the area as they found it. I highly recommend this company and would certainly call upon them again in the future.

We had a somewhat complicated project that involved upgrading our service to higher Amps to accommodate new appliances, running the new line from the main panel through a building hallway. We also needed to rewire the whole apartment for the new lighting fixtures and fan for very high ceilings (over 20 feet). It was a pleasure to watch the crew work, they did a great job, went above and beyond, working on multiple levels of scaffolding. Very professional, friendly and we could not be happier with the quality of the work.

Alex and his team were such a pleasure to work with. They were professional, patient, fun/accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had just moved into a much older building and had to undergo a renovation. The electric panel had to be replaced as well as new outlets had to be installed in the kitchen to update to modern standards. Alex was very thorough in his inspection and checked in multiple times to make sure I felt comfortable as it was alarming to realize the previous tenant had an electric panel from a now defunct company due to lawsuits over electrical fires! The kitchen renovation took much longer than expected, and Alex and his team were lockstep with the contractor to make sure everything was aligned. He even came back to install an outlet after noticing my new window AC so I wouldn't have an industrial cord hanging in plain view. Truly went above and beyond!

When my business lost partial power due to a storm it was very hard to find someone to come out after hours on a weekend. I called many Electricians and most were closed or wanted me to wait til the next afternoon, but Alex said he will come out so I did not have to shut down my business. He was earlier than stated, he was extremely professional and knowledgable, he had my store running to full standards quickly. He even helped me with Con Edison. I would and will always call him for any future issues, highly recommend.

Alex and his team did a great job during the course of our apartment renovation. We added / moved multiple light fixtures, outlets and switches and installed a ceiling fan.
