From quote to cleanup, Highland was detailed, efficient, and professional. Bryan let us know exactly what we would expect and worked within our insurance claim. A great crew took two days to do a complete tear-off and replacement. We were kept up to date with a customized job calendar and received frequent check-ins via phone and email. Class act.

RJ and Igor were very professional provided great service. I needed some trim work on my old home and replace the fascia board. I was very happy with the job.

Highly Recommend Highland Contractors. My roof was no easy task. Multiple layers (including slate), valleys requiring very skilled labor, long time issue leaks and difficult working conditions. From start to finish Highland was fair, honest and reliable. I priced out many options and Highland was very competitive. But in addition to price, I trusted them with this job. Like any major project there will always be issues but everything was immediately addressed and I was very impressed with how smooth the overall job went. Highland has a high quality crew that not only does great work but they leave the site cleaner than it was before. Very happy with my decision to work with Highland Contractors and I will definitely be referring them to friends and family.

After Highland did a roof repair at my Mothers house, Sean and Chris came out to finish up the job and install a down spout. Sean inspected the job and apologized for the fact that the job was not done to Highland's standards and promised to re-do the work correctly. He also told me that the worker who did the job would be terminated. By the end of the afternoon they had re-done the job properly. I had no idea that there was a problem with the original work and I really appreciate the fact that they were honest and proactive about correcting the job!

Needed a new roof. I shopped companies for about 3 months. I went with Highland. I could not be more pleased. Highland was a few dollars more expensive than the other company I was considering. My father always said "you get what you pay for" The service and care I received was wonderful. Marshall was my sales person. He was respectful and listened to all of my concerns. Highland did a complete tear off. When they got down to the sub roofing there were a few sheets that needed to be replaced. Marshall contacted me at work and pictures of the old rotted sub roofing were sent to me. Marshall wanted to make sure there were no surprises waiting for me. The workers were respectful of the property. Clean up was fantastic. When I raked the yard for fall clean up I think I only found one roofing nail. With all of the leaves around that is incredible. I would not hesitate to hire this company again and will be in the future.

I got a new roof with tear off, gutters replaced, soffits and fascia replaced with vinyl, and a very large living room window replaced with a custom design. Tony quoted me the day after I closed on the house and had numbers for me very shortly after. After receiving a couple other quotes, I was happy to know Highland was the lowest of all of them. I would've gone with them regardless because they had a good reputation around the office. The work was slated to be done all at the same time when the large window was built and ready to go so about 3-4 weeks. About a week and a half after signing and paying the first half my garage roof started to leak. I asked Tony could they do anything to fix it before the work was scheduled. He sent a team of 15 guys two days later and they did the entire roof with tear off and additional structural repairs that day. The gutters were done soon after along with the rest of the work. The crew that showed up were always respectful and cleaned up after their work. The neighbors in the area are still talking about how impressed they are and couldn't believe how quickly they got everything done. I would highly recommend this team.

Waste of my time. I had an appointment about a month ago to have them come give me a free estimate on replacing the roof on my house. I set up several estimates that day so I took time off of work to be there with them, it took about an hour. The estimator Brian was running a few minutes late but he called to warn me so that was no big deal. He was very friendly and seemed confident in quoting me for what I was looking to have done, we discussed all of the color and material options, when they could start. My only complaint at that point is that he made sure to remind me 5-6 times that they expect 50% of the bill upfront and the rest when they finished, that got kind of annoying. He told me it would be 2-3 days to receive the quote, so since he came on a Friday I figured it wouldn't be there until at least the following Wednesday. A week went by with no word so I emailed Brian, he responded that evening around 7: 30 that they were in fact still interested in quoting the job and I would be receiving a quote that evening. Now a month after the original appointment I have not received anything and sure, it was only an hour or so of my time but now I'll need to take more time off of work in order to schedule with another company if I want to continue to shop around because they never followed through. They must have enough business that they can throw away jobs because this is not a small house by any means, I'm sure they would have made a decent amount off of this job.

I had a roof tear off/replacement and new gutters installed by Highland Contractors. Tony was my contact from quote to final inspection. Every phase of the project went as planned and Tony was fantastic from start to finish. The roof took one day and the site manager explained everything that was being done. The gutter installation took less than 3 hours. There was no pressure, the workers were all business and my neighbors were amazed at how fast everything was installed. No complaints!

Its been almost 2 years after being sided and I am still having issues.

I am giving Highland Contractors 1 star, only because the owner did make some effort to come out to the home and see what was my complaint. Also, the owner did send a crew out a couple of times to try and resolve some of the siding issues.

I feel as if I am being FORCED to accept poor quality workmanship in spite of the guarantee of full satisfaction.

When the owner first came out to my home I had requested that the siding come off the house and be reinstalled properly, I was told that that was not a reasonable request.

Here are just a few of the issues:

1. Again I am having siding panels fall off the house from under the soffit area in spite of haven been fixed.

2. J-Channel trim work is awful! In order to fix the sloppy work siding would need to come off the house!

3. Siding starter strip was only nailed to foam insulation board and not nail to the house. This caused the first siding panel to be lose all along the base of the home.
(The attempt to correct this problem only cased the first siding panel of all adjacent sides of the house to start at a different height.)

4. Outside corner post of the house were not installed straight, and are cut to short. (The owner of Highland refuses to make the correction and replace the corner post.)

5. Mounting Blocks which are to be used for electrical outlet are not installed correctly. The siding panels are not properly cut to allow the block to sit flush to the siding.

I had.my house sided by Highland Contractors.who promised me that they were going to send their "BEST" guys out to do the job.
Had I known that the crew which was sent had NO siding experience at all I would have NEVER had Highland side my home.

I had Highland Contractors finally replace a leaking sun room roof that I had repaired over the years, but it had gotten to the point it needed the replacement. I had H C repair my garage roof a few years back and was extremely happy with the cost and the outcome. Everything from start to finish was very pleasant with this job from the receptionist who handled the initial call to the office, the estimator who visited our home, and the workman who completed the job. I was very impressed that they were very prompt, they arrived each day when they said they would - no worrying if the were going to show up or not. They did the job correctly and they made sure the area was cleaned up the way it was when they arrived. I love that and all for a very competitive price. I'm done with other contractors who over-promise and under-deliver. Highland Contractors will be our go-to contractors from now on.

Always prompt, Tony LaMarca was the first professional that i dealt with in regards to my long-standing roof issues. Tony walked me through the whole project, brainstorming all the way, clearly explaining every detail of what was to take place. Chris and Andy were very courteous and thorough in their work and i felt completely comfortable having these guys at my home. The owner of the company even made a few visits to check on progress and to touch base with both his employees and myself. I was shopping around for a quote to replace my roof. Marshall was very professional and extremely knowledgeable he gave me a fair quote. After speaking with a few other companies I chose Highland Contractors.
They called me to notify when the work was to be performed so I was always informed. Great customer service.
The day of the job Dugley and his crew started showing up around 7: 30.
I can’t say how impressed I was. I have a ring doorbell so I could see them working.
I have a new roof it’s fantastic. It was done in one day. Just an FYI they replaced 43 sheets of plywood. They went above and beyond.
This crew is fantastic they where so professional and they cleaned before they left.

Highland Contractors has restored my faith in home repair workers!

I needed my front porch roof repaired and a friend recommended Highland to me. I AM *SO* GLAD SHE DID! What an amazingly positive experience!

I contacted Tony LaMarca for an estimate. He was polite and professional on the phone and we agreed he would come to my home the next day. Not only did he show up (I’ve had MANY contractors stand me up), he came EARLY! He checked the roof and gave me the estimate. As mine would be a small job (about one day in total), Tony said he would fit me in to the schedule as an opening came up. I was leery about doing this, as being ‘fit in to the schedule’ usually means just before the end of the season in the late fall. Not so with Highland! From the initial estimate to job completion was 11 days! AMAZING!

The job had to be split over two half days (a Friday afternoon and a Saturday morning) due to inclement weather. The work the crew did is SPECTACULAR!
Highland took care of everything, from getting the dumpster to color matching my shingles and the soffits. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results!
