Went to walk in clinic today. 8: 00am got to see Dr about 10: 15am. The doctor and nurse were awesome. Got my ear cleaned out, gross but thank you! 6 stars treatment. The only problem was a older pretentious couple bitching about the length of wait time and didn't get people with appointments got priority, wonder if they remembered why they were there?

I really wish it didn't take so many requests to get my prescriptions refilled. Every month, I have to request and every time it takes forever to get the script sent to my pharmacy. A medication that I'm meant to take daily shouldn't have several days - or anywhere near a week - where I'm just waiting for my doctor to send it to the pharmacy to fill.

I used to really like going here. I know things are busy, but I've taken this medicine for over a year now - why does it seem to take so long to just sign off on a prescription we both know I'm going to continue?

This has been the only issue I've had, I guess. So if this improves I'd be happier with going here again

I've been here for 4 years and I'm so done lol. I've had at least 4 or 5 Dr's because they all leave, so you're constantly having to get to know/trust someone new. A lot of my medical needs relate to ADHD management, and i hate to say it, but my most recent Dr thinks she knows more than she does about ADHD and is generally sort of condescending. I would never suggest this office to anyone. The only reason I've stayed this long is because life's busy, so finding a new Dr always ends up at the bottom of the to do list.

Both my significant other and our daughter have a PCP with this facility. I’ve tried countless times to make an appointment via phone leaving a message. As well as asking the PCP in person about getting a response to which she took my information said I’d get a call by the end of week. That was two months ago. As soon as I find a PCP I’ll be moving my family with the new practice. When it comes to health matters you want someone who ACTUALLY cares. Not being consistently blown off because it’s inconvenient to them. If I could give it a zero I would.

If you need a physician look anywhere other than here. Terrible healthcare with 12 year old physicians

The staff is always very polite, respectful and professional. I’ve personally never had a problem with them and they will work with your insurance or contact your doctor if there’s a misunderstanding or a price that will be reasonable for you.

Went in for walk in appointment as their website says, to be told there are no providers for walk in appointments. Don't advertise walk in hours when you do not have them! Waste of time went to urgent Care instead got much better service

I have had Dr. Schultz for years. I'm not sure how other people feel about their PCP, but Dr. Schultz cares about your: health first, privacy and dignity. I am 100% satisfied!

My PCP here is very kind and helpful, although there is typically at least a 15 minute wait if I can even get an appointment with her within 8 weeks of me calling to make an appointment. The front desk staff are hit or miss concerning attitudes in person, and are almost always rude over the phone. It's common for information to get lost/misplaced/forgotten. It doesn't seem the people working here are good at communicating with each other or patients. I've shown up to appointments for one doctor and instead been put in a room with an RN who had no idea why I was there. I've called to have my prescription renewed, and had it denied on clerical error with no effort to notify me that it was denied. It's clear that this practice has far outgrown it's capacity, and patient healthcare suffers because of it.

Had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Kodweis waited 75 minutes… she never showed!

I left and the nurses apologized… not good!

I have contacted this practice 4 times since mid-November in hopes of becoming a patient (it's now mid-January). Each time, I left a message on their new patient line with the requested info and I have never been called back.

Most recently, I spoke with three separate front-desk persons to try to understand whether the practice is even accepting new patients. None of them we able to give me an answer, and all said that the new patient calls were handled in a separate office, so they weren't even able to leave a note or write an email to whoever is in charge of the new patient voicemail box.

The last person I spoke to connected me to the practice manager's line, which led me to another voicemail. I left a message briefly explaining the situation and asking for a call back.nothing. That was over a week ago. No way to run a practice!

This place is just terrible. I've been trying to leave for so long but no one is taking new patients besides this place.wonder why? ! This entire place is unprofessional. The front desk is the WORST! YOU ARE ALWAYS WAITING AT LEAST AN HR FOR A SCHEDULED APT! AND IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER!
