Highland Park reviews
16Lilacs aren't ready yet (2021-04-14), but LOTS of other trees and flowers blooming. What s joy to walk through the park today.
Highland Park is a beautiful park that somehow seems bigger on the inside! There are a variety of paved trails and different areas to explore, as well as several playgrounds for kids and the Lamberton Conservatory for adults.
Went to a party in Olmstead lodge. It dressed up nicely. Only thing was the back doors kept flying open from the wind!
Very pretty definitely will go again also it's super relaxing. If you have kids who like parks there's one there too. Lastly enjoy a picture of a bit of highland park plus a cat.
It is the ' must visit place' in Rochester. It's the most beautiful in spring and summer with flowers in full bloom. The Lilac festival happens here and if you are here in time for ur in summer, should not miss it.
It is beautiful in fall too.
Such a beautiful park to visit any time during the year. Love the lilacs in the spring and the colorful foliage in the fall. Bring your sledge in the winter:)
Another wonderful place in the south of the city. Absolutely gorgeous all throughout the year. Visit just before the lilac starts to get your own private views. Great place anytime of year for a walk.
Quiet place, good for a walk in the nature. The place becomes lovely at the start of the spring season with amazing lilacs and many variants of tulips.
Roadside parking, easy to find a parking location.
Love this park. The foliage is amazing! The flowers are amazing! It’s so great! Honestly, the Lilac Festival is actually my least favorite thing here because the park is so incredibly crowded you can’t enjoy the location properly. Love that they swap out that flower garden near Goodman regularly. It’s always so pretty to drive past.
Amazing park, Tons of different kinds of plants, trees, flowers, growth to see. Great walking paths. Really neat playground. Beautiful clear reservoir.
I love this park it is my favorite place to go for peace and tranquility, beautiful scenery, and to remember the good times I've had here. You can sled in the winter, and make many great memories at this park very well maintained! Thank you to all people that made this park happen!
It's a cool place I remember when I was a kid still like to go and revisit the area used to go right there to 12 school when I was a kid actually I started boxing there years ago.
Absolutely stunning. Olmsted designed this park and then went on to design central park.
Come for the lilac festival when most bushes are in bloom - you can't beat it.
Beautiful park full of scenic paths and plants. Lots of plants are labeled, and are fun to identify. The landscaping is natural feeling, and incredibly well maintained. Plus there's a relatively new huge log playground! Add to that a conservatory, a veterans memorial, and lots of areas to explore. Great for a picnic, family outing, date, or just a visit. I've been to this park many times throughout my life and I've never tired of it.
My daughter and great-grand children really enjoyed the scenery there today with the turtles and the fish and the chickens
Highland park is a great place to wander around and enjoy the natural beauty. We went to see Shakespeare in the Park at Highly Bowl and it was highly enjoyable.
