4Prompt (even early!) delivery, great communication, and everything I asked for was there.
This company is quick to take money but slow to respond to calls. My event is days away and so far I'm completely unimpressed.

Extremely unprofessional. Unorganized.
I inquired with this company for TWO different events. Not only did they arrive late to drop off the items I requested- but they brought items for the WRONG event. I did not have enough tables to seat my guest. I requested a refund and showed them proof of the invoice for the SPECIFIC items I paid for- and Henry Harding (Owner) hangs up on you and doesn't call you back. It's been a week since my event- and my clients are very unhappy.
! DO NOT BOOK!
Extremely disappointed in their customer service. They delivered wrong items- if we aren't going to be refunded- it would have been nice to been compensated in some way. The gentleman who answers just hangs up on you and never calls back. Bad for business
