Event coordinator has horrible customer service and communication skills. Would not host an event here.

Loved the space so much that I can not wait to be back.
Seasonal watermelon martini was DELICIOUS! Food was fresh, we loved the hummus. Loved all the spaces but the best was The Patio and the Water View Room. Staff is really friendly. Thank you Highwater! We had the best time.

We had a fantastic time hosting our corporate events at the Highwater Rooftop. The entire team was wonderful, especially Maggie who was so easy to work with!

The front desk at Hotel Indigo told us the bar closed at 11. The website says 10. The guy at the bar told us 9: 30 after we had rushed back to the hotel to take advantage of our complimentary drinks.

The social media manager Riley blocked me because they don’t have their big kid underwear yet. ETA: Steve from Morning Coffee Creative has now threatened to blacklist me from the entire industry. I stand by my review which only discusses their SM.

We reserved a part of the Highwater Rooftop bar for my wife’s birthday and it was a really great event. Maggie and the entire team were organized, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a fun evening. It was so easy to plan ahead of time and it made for an stress-free night. Will definitely recommend this space to others!

This place was Unbelievable! They served water with some floating particles in it after we asked for it twice. My drink was served in a glass that had lipstick stains on it. The waitress served food with no silverware or plates. Even after asking, it didn’t arrive and we sat staring at the food as it got cold. We had to then ask someone else again.
We go to restaurants and bars regularly and this was spectacularly one of our worst experiences ever!
And oh btw you can’t just grill chicken and call it tandoori.

This place is severely underrated, the drinks, food and staff were 10/10 amazing. Aesthetic was amazing and had several floors of rooftop views. Can’t wait to come back in the summer.

We love the drinks, specially the smoke break! Also the customer service is amazing! Our bartender Alejandra was really nice! She recommended the hummus snack which was delicious! Great atmosphere

We had a wonderful night! The drinks were great, the food knocked it out of the park. We came for the drinks and the food definitely will make us regulars. Always glad to find a new neighborhood rooftop. We’ll definitely be coming back. Gloriangell was our server for the night, she was super accommodating and welcoming throughout the entire night. We’ll be back!

Highwater Rooftop was a great experience. Great food and drinks, and Maggie really went through the effort to take care of us. We will definitely be going back and bringing more people with me.

Perfect for a chill night of drinks, service is great and there’s a few different areas to choose from to drink or dine, great views as well

If you want place to relax, chill and have a good cocktail with some good food and most import AMAZING views Highwater Rooftop is the place to be makesure to ask for Gloriangel she's an awesome hostess, always on point?

So there is a bar and it is on a high floor with somewhat of an outdoor component. But it's not a rooftop bar. Look at the pictures. It's an inside bar-a small and expensive one-with stairs on the outside of the building. Clearly they're using it as a draw for guests and not as the real deal. If you're looking for a rooftop bar in NYC, you've got way better options

The bartender was totally unfriendly and unprofessional, he kicked us out at 9pm after paying 40 dollars for 2 watered down drinks.
Also he kept changing songs as he was in his car ruining all the atmosphere.
Terrible.

Great atmosphere, service was amazing, and the drinks were some of the best I've had in the city! Will definitely be back.
