Highway Dry Cleaners reviews
3I came here with my mother in laws blazer that had two stains next to each other. I pointed them out as the reason why I was here. When I came back to pick it up one of the stains was gone and the other still clearly there (right in clear sight in the front top). No apologies from the lady just to come back. When I got back I got the man and I carefully inspected it and joked that he needed a good spotter back there. His response was.waving his hand toward the garment he said oh that had alot of stains on it non chalantly like it didn't matter! Again.no apologies or perhaps a discount for a future garment (not that I expected that), but its called good customer service, which this place lacks in my opinion. Obviously, my first visit here will be my last.
Worst experience! Needed some alterations done on my scrubs.small hem job.add a pocket or two.guy was soooo rude while I'm trying to explain to him.as if he's doing me a favor.bill? $60 bucks.okay I figured.as long as the end result is good. I'll pay. End result? Horrible and then he tells me it's more than $60 because he "miscalculated". I'm looking at the pockets he added in disbelief.bad bad sewing job.pen loop is so tiny I can't slide a pencil in there! I could've done a better job myself seriously or gotten brand new scrubs for that much money
After going there numerous times I sent my very expensive designer shirt for dry cleaning and came back with discoloration in the wrists. We asked can you dry clean and remove this and their response was “ you said wash not dry clean” and that’s all what they kept saying. They ignored my second request to dry clean and remove the stains and they refused. I’m never going back and I told them to their face I wasn’t coming back.
