I took my car in for service because i needed a new battery the car is 9 months old still under warranty i had to boost the car the last two days every time I started it because the battery died but i had no problem opening up the hood i dropped off the car so they can change the battery and i left for a short time after 20 minutes i get a call that they can't open the hood i told them i am rushing back because I can open it they called me back after a few minutes that i dont need to rush back they are working on opening it but the cable that opens the hood is broken and they need to replace it, this is after me and my friend opening the hood twice today.they literally broke it to make a few more bucks, and it took more than two hours, I recommend to stay away from this place.

Awesome dealership with well trained professional sales representatives especially Mr. David Ho. He was very knowledgeable, resourceful, patient and helpful. He follow up with me with update about my transaction and gives me heads up about what may likely happen next untill I finally got my choice of vehicle.

Initially the lease of the car was going ok. However the customer service after is horrendous. They billed my senior citizen father his last payment on the prior lease when we had a contractual agreement that they would pay it. They then made him drive out there to sign more paperwork. Without my supervision, then told him he needed to go to his bank and bring a statement proving that he got billed. This is Toyota. Could they not confirm with Toyota financing? They had my poor father driving around looking for a bank when they should've told us from the beginning what we needed. The salesman Anís was clueless, he hung up on me 3 times trying to transfer a call and the sales manager still has not called me back. Do not waste your time here. The level of customer service is horrendous. We spent 4 hours there doing a mountain of paperwork for them to bill him anyway and have him running around in circles. The entire paperwork process is archaic. Never have I seen such a poor level of customer service. Horrible!

Corteus and professional. Parking is horrible around the neighborhood. Don't try and drop by without an appointment. The place is extremely busy even at 9am.

Manager is very disrespectful and rude to customers. He doesn’t know how to communicate either. If I could leave 0 stars or negative I would.
I recommend don’t go there.

Stopped by with both new 4runners for their first service. I was in and out in about an hour. They went over the inspection results and we were out of there. Very friendly!

I brought my Toyota to Hillside Toyota.after another Toyota service department in the Bronx failed to co.e through for me.

I brought it in.it was time for routine maintenance.

The staff serviced my vehicle, told me what upcoming repairs/replacements I need to be on the look out for.service did not take that long. (I think in was there under an hour).

They are service department are really worst and they took my 6 hours to just oil changed.
And i was late for my work some other TOYOTA always does it in an hour they took forever to oil change if u come make sure take day off from work to come here and oil change
I will never ever come back here.
And i make appointment but if is like than they should stop doing appointment
