7Very convenient but a little pricey. On par for being near the hospital and Columbia Medical School. They make a mean sausage, egg and cheese!
Decent store but the prices just went up and like others mentioned sometimes you arrive and the cook isn’t there. Even well after opening time.
The ‘female’’ at the register is horrific. She was rude and had broom sticks for eyelashes. Her demeanor was disgusting very disrespectful and have absolutely no sense of customer service. I asked the young lady if l was suppose to hold all the products l purchased in my hands her reply, This is not my business, you need to ask for a bag. Really l need to ask for a bag after spending money. What type of people hilltop deli is hiring? She’s at the register the first person one sees when entering and the last when exiting the place of business. Sorry, not a good representative.
Service is terrible. Food is over priced. Hours differ because of how they feel like working. Cooks never there. Directions to orders are completely ignored as well as the phone service.
Great variety of sandwiches, all of which I’ve had taste great. Staff are all friendly. Try it out.

OVERPRICED BOUJIE DELI
Charged me $8.65 for a chopped cheese on a roll.more than double the price of what a gourmet deli charges in nyc
Convenient and overall a good experience. Had some difficulty with food order: didn't add fries to order of platter and when brought it up, said they ran out but did not inform me. Seemed more like an issue with the server so may be one off issue.
