7This is poorly maintained trailer park where all the tenants seem to be in each others business. The far eastern park of the trailer park is ridden with drug users and unmaintained trailers.
Never can find the manager some of the tenants are not good, well I have had many people in quite and I can't find you honey and I'm not going to knock on people's doors to find out the number honey. Maybe you could post a sign with your name on it they gave me a number and I called and called but nothing they said they told me on one that you were out of state I didn't even realize you were on the property one of them says never mind but yeah I've had a few people no problem I just wanted to know who owned it
This is a nice place, many trailers are well kept, the road around park could be fixed. People near me are nice, always helping each other, seem concerned if they don't see you a couple days in a row.

The drive way needs some serious repair. I suggest the 5mph speed so you don't cause damage to your vichile!
Cool place, about as close to Sunnyvale as you're going to find on this side of the river.
