Hilton Garden Inn Albany Airport

The amazing staff was friendly and courteous with our large group of basketball players from multiple teams. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom a little on the small side but showerhead was high enough for tall people. The rooms were quiet. They could use some updating but otherwise were in good condition. I will definitely stay here again the next time there is a rournament in the area.

Clean room, and facilities at a great price. Beds were very comfortable and the sound from airport not heard barely at all. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Nice little cafe/bar with great service. Pool was still by reserved time due to COVID-19 regulations but it was no problem getting time. Only issue was there were no towels at the pool although there were in the gym area which we did not realize til we were already in the water. Lucky for us a guest using the gym was happy to bring us a couple.

Just stayed thr night while passing through. Much like any other hotel. I'd say a decent place to stay on the road.

If you are looking for a place to stay. Plz choose this place! The staff at this place on any one shift is freakn amazing! Any way they can accommodate you they will & not to mention the room was clean, sanitized & super comfortable & anything you need.just call down to the front desk & they be on it.the restaurant wasn't open but the pool & fitness area was open with limited ppl restrictions but I aware this place will get my money any given time I'm in Albany! Even the laundry room was super clean & when I needed coins to wash they were all for it! The staff at this place needs bonuses & raises.they are Awesome!

I was waiting for a friend to get off work, after coming in from Orlando and Mary was so accommodating and helpful. She gave me a safe warm place to wait and is an incredible example of what a member of the hospitality industry should be. The facility was clean and although she was busy she was never too busy not to be cheerful and helpful. Highly recommend! Guests were helped quickly and with an extreme level of satisfaction. Everyone was smiling and laughing behind their masks. Big thanks to Mary for being amazing and a shining example of what it means to be hospitable. Thanks to Hilton for giving me a safe place to wait. You are incredible!

Great location to ALB. Staff very friendly and helpful. King room was well laid out and comfortable

Clean, decent sized room and beds. Has pool and fitness center, free basic breakfast. Just a few min from Albany Int.airport and Interstate 87 to get around the region (south to Albany downtown, north to Adirondacks, Lake Placid, etc).

It was our first time in this hotel and recieved nothing but the best assistance. Slight problem with the light fixture in our room, but a quick call to the front desk had the issue resolved in no time. Staff is very friendly and service is quick and helpful. Can't wait till we visit again! Also, beds and pillows are TO DIE for!

Lovely complimentary lemonade when you check in and coffee and tea when you check out, small gym, clean rooms.

Service at this HGI is terrible. I stay at Hilton properties around 100 nights a year. Took forever to check in, breakfast server/busser had a miserable attitude. Check-in was so bad the last time that people left there bags around the lobby and went and had a drink in the bar area.

Meeting room was clean and had everything we needed for our event. Breakfast spread was great too.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are decent but nothing to write home to. The location is great as it is very close to the Albany International Airport. The bar and restaurant was okay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are on a business trip.

My friend and business associate, Shawn Moodie, and I were able to make this a Central point for the meetings we needed to attend.

Not visible from the road as trees block the sign. Sorely in need of an update. Outdated rooms. Must pay for parking. Must pay for decent internet. TVs are looked down to prevent you from using your own devices. Hot tub out of order. Ice machine out of order. Grounds need work. Rooms using old fluorescent style bulbs that are so dark you can barely see.

Stayed here last week. Find out NO JACUZZI. They are filling with cement per Hotel Staff but still show photo as if they still have a Jacuzzi. False Advisement.
Very disappointed.
Poor signage. Trees are blocking the Hotel Sign.
Had to call front desk three times for bathroom supplies on different days because housekeeping did not provide when cleaning room.
Ice machines were broken.
Vacation ruined. I could have stayed somewhere different if I had known the Jacuzzi was not available.

One bathroom light inop. Fitness center has one treadmill, TV and individual exercise machine's TV did not work as well. Computers in business center did not work well, kept freezing up.

The staff was amazing, very kind polite and helpful. The room was clean, no complaints. The bed was okay nothing special.

Typical room for Hilton Garden Inn. Very convenient from airport. Was in late which is why I choose this hotel. Breakfast was okay.

Not a bad experience, however the hotel seemed like it was in need of a refresh. The bar service was great as well as the breakfast service. Overall it was a decent stay.
