Hilton Garden Inn New York/Times Square Central

As a hiltons rewards member, I definitely enjoyed this hotel! The staff, location and service were amazing. Fast & friendly front desk personnel. Security always posted in the front!

The experience was excellent, from booking to check-out! The attentive and friendly staff! The accommodation was comfortable and everything was very well cleaned. They were pleasant days that I recommend.

MOLDY SHOWER. Came home from our trip SICK and I can't help but wonder if it was bc of the status of the room. The room was so small I was getting claustrophobic, but I understand that maybe they can't do anything about that. BUT, we had the shower wash completely EMPTY when we arrived and everyday that we stayed, the room started to SMELL like a fishing store (fishy/ moldy). The carpet had wet spots when we came back into the room, and we had absolutely no spills while occupying the room. Because it smelled so bad, we tried to crack open the window, but the window latch was BROKEN and we were shut in with the smell. I called and politely asked to have the shower gel refilled, window fixed, and something done about the smell but service was abysmal. In the end, it took several calls to get our shower gel refilled, the window was never fixed and room smelled musky until our last day. There are so many hotels in/near times square- I highly recommend going somewhere else. I would have paid more for anywhere else but it was nonrefundable and they charge a DESTINATION FEE (just a mandatory fee outside of room fee). I definitely spent more than what I feel like the room was worth, and out of 50+ different hotels I've stayed, this was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Please please STAY SOMEWHERE-ANYWHERE ELSE.

We stayed for 4 nights. Did not have hot water morning or evening 3 out of the four. Great location.

You cannot go wrong with the Hilton Garden Inn on Times Square. The customer service was excellent. We even called down at 3am to see if they had Tylenol for sale, they didn’t so the front desk person went to the Bodega around the corner for us and delivered it to our room! Felt like I was at the Waldorf or the Plaza. It’s quiet, and cozy at all times of the day.

The room was spacious, clean, and boasted amazing views of Times Square. The location cannot be beat with the Empire State Building, 30 Rock, Bryant Park, and Times Square, all within walking distance.

It was VERY affordable, and I was worried it was going to be awful. I was suprised at the awesomeness of this place.

Great location with incredible views. 45 dollars for breakfast.per person. Oh, but they give you a 35 dollar refund on check out. 50 bucks for every extra hour if you want a late check out or 20 bucks PER bag/case for them to store it. Great location but you get to hear sirens all night.fun.

He was at this hotel to take my fiancée. Very beautiful location with access to several wonderful places.my new one loved it. The rooms are huge with an incredible view.we love the place.
