Hilton Garden Inn Queens/JFK Airport, Jamaica NY

This place is terrible and Hilton should be embarrassed that they have their name on the building.

The people who work there are very nice. As a Hilton Honors member, I was absolutely disgusted to while staying here, there were rats in the wall right through and there was blood on my sheets. The towels were not clean, they made my skin itch when I used them. The sheets were dirty and the room smelled stale. I would never stay here again, absolutely gross. But once again, the staff was very friendly and it’s very close to JFK.

An individual harassed me in the lobby. Front desk worker Tahirah refused to order him to stop. Furthermore, she was maliciously carrying on and disparaging me to the individual that harassed me. REPREHENSIBLE

Nandi Edwards, Front Office Supervisor was understanding, bright and respectful. Because of her, Hilton earned my future business.

Sabrina who answered the phone was very rude, short and showed no empathy. I arrived to New York after midnight and was left stranded at the airport until I was able to speak to another Hilton representative who was far more accommodating!

Helpful and polite staff. Location isn't the best as far as surrounding properties as the area has a distinct industrial feel to it. Location regarding proximity to the airport, which is what I needed it for, perfect and convenient. I will return just for that.

Great place, modern and quick checking in. Sadly, $30 for parking is kinda crazy. Be sure to check around for free street parking.

Hotel is clean and rooms are comfy. Front desk not so warm, but decent enough. No free breakfast even as a member!

Overall, in my opinions, for a day or two stay, its ok.

Service here is top notch, considering it's a quiet airport property. The staff is attentive, helpful, warm, and inviting. Would definitely visit again.

This place should be called highway hotel.very noisy hotel.in the 6.floor and one thinks the cars are going through your room.

That's a hotel and part is use like a shelter. They don't let the people from the shelter buy food from them or they can't use the vending machine. What a Hotel treating people no matter if or not from the shelter they are human too. That's called equal rights for all.

I would rate this hotel below average for the lack of attention and customer service I received. They operate like a low-budget motel and not a Hilton brand. The manager did his best to salvage my stay but it was really too late. I was told to call when I landed and they would send the shuttle. When I got to the shuttle stop (you have to take an airtrain to get there) the shuttle was not there. I called again and this is when it was dispatched. This was around 2 in the morning and it was very cold waiting outside, which was the purpose of calling in advance. When I got to the hotel I explained my flight delay to the front desk staff who did not care at all. You would think being a hotel airport they'd have a protocol for customers who's flights were delayed, but no. When I got to my room the heat did not work. It's now around 3am. Engineering came up to fix the heat but I just wanted to sleep. I had to suggest giving me a new room - it seems like it would have been common sense but no. No one cared about me having sleep or heat. The two things you come to a hotel for. The manager allowed me to have a late check-out in the morning but it really wasn't enough to salvage the night.

Horrible. Run down and outdated. Alot of activity outside and around the entrance. Transients loitering.

Clean facilities. Great service. Friendly staff. Close to the airport. They are accommodating which really helps when you’re tired. I appreciated breakfast. Very good deal.

Convenient if you have to overnight. Breakfast was good if not a little pricey. Gym adequate and staff very helpful and friendly. Shuttle to airport in the morning was great.

Good enough for a hotel close to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport. Not the most enthusiastic staff I've encountered but timing might have been a factor. Decent hotel overall but nothing special.

Updating my review with two very annoying discoveries after 3 weeks here. 1. The WiFi is awful. I had great speeds when hard wired but when I tried WiFi after getting a 6th floor room with no working jacks, I was extremely let down. 2. If you like coming home to a hot room on a hot day, you'll love it here. The maids turn the AC off during service of the room. Leaving a might, sticky, room to come back to.

Ideally located near JFK, with shuttle service running every 30 mins. Rooms are clean and reasonably quiet

The dayroom case, two comfortable beds, with two kids. Very close to jfk, fast shuttle at the pickup location, clean rooms and helpful staff. Full breakfast for 19.95$ we did not take.
If only the phone would not start by an advertisment.

Be sure get the right shuttles from the airport! A dirty and sneak illegal private car driver pretend a shuffle driver lured us to get into his car.he wanted to charge us $150 for 2 miles! We gave him $92 because he threaten us! The sneak driver was a middle-aged white man.
