What a wonderful experience we had here! When trying out pianos in the store, Bob was very knowledgeable and accommodating (even turning down the background music so my son could truly focus on his playing). We didn’t feel any pressure to purchase anything even though that was our purpose and we had done our research. The delivery was seamless, punctual and professional. The owner is so knowledgable and pleasant. I was shopping for a digital piano and completely unaware of subtle nuances among different models from different manufactures. He talked to me, explained the mechanisms and answered all the questions I had. He also encouraged me to play on any models from the store that he has to find out what I like. Mark took the time to set me up with a few digital pianos to test out in their showroom. He also answered all of my questions. Mark was extremely helpful in helping me find a piano so much to the point that I was in there for 2 hours testing out pianos before I finally settled on one and he was with me every step. From looking at a new piano to having it in my home it was less than a week. Everyone employed at that store is very knowledgeable and very kind. I also appreciated being given headphones for the digitals so I could listen to myself play and not have to play for the whole store.

My daughter located a Roland digital piano that she fell in love with at a dealer in CT. However, they had nothing available and it would take many months to come. We lucked out finding the model above the one she wanted at Hilton Pianos! They worked with us over the phone and we purchased it and received delivery within 5 days! We will have to visit the showroom someday when we are in the area. The process was smooth and wonderful from beginning to end. The piano is beyond amazing!
