I only wish I could write a good review but i'm sorry to say I can not. On my first visit I signed in as instructed then sat there for a while other patience came in. One was given forms to fill out, more time passed and I went to the window and explained I was a new patient they also gave me papers to Fill out. I gave them my MRI and other info about my condition. After seeing a PA I was told an injection should help and I was scheduled for another date with Dr. Farag. When I arrived for that appointment I was told the Dr.would not be in and somehow I did not get a call said they had the wrong number.another appointment was made. This is when things got scary. A girl came in and asked how i felt since my last injection I said this will be my first injection, next the Dr. Farag came in with some papers he was looking at asking did I ever have an MRI I explained you already have it he left and after several minuets I went out and asked what was going on, We can not find Your MRI. The gross incompetence of this office made me fear for my safety, I then walked out.

I have always suffered from arthritis in my knee and it caused me a lot of issues. I worked with the team here and now I can move my knee around without any more problems. They have restored my life and I can run around with my grandchildren without a worry.

I have been pain free for 6 months now thanks to the experts here. I owe my happiness to them because without them, my knee would still cause me to be stuck in bed daily.
