Ashley was extremely helpful and kind, knew exactly what we wanted, maintained being within the budget we had. Cant wait to pick the ring up when it’s made. Would highly recommend this jeweler. The selection was quite large with different styles the atmosphere is calm and the show room is gorgeous.

Bought my wife’s engagement ring, and both our wedding bands here, and I’m about to go buy a watch from them, they’re awesome. Their prices are great and they really take care of you if something goes wrong with the ring. We had a few issues of the stones falling of the engagement ring (not their fault, it was a manufacturing issue) and they remade the whole ring for me. Haven’t had any serious issues since.

Just came back from the store and all I can say is wow! From employees to owner this place is top notch! I bought a watch and it was a great experience. When I began to look at making a major purchase late last year, I decided to go to HL Gross & Bro Jewelers. Justin was the person that worked with me. He was patient and made this life changing purchase pleasant. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

Over priced compared to other competitors in and surrounding tri-state. For example a identical setting at other multiple establishments were lower. I can’t comment really on there diamond prices. But this establishment definitely upmarks there product significantly. This establishment does have a vast selection to see.

Purchased an engagement ring there a few months ago. My now fiance loves it. The staff was very friendly, Justin spent several hours with me going over everything. They have a phenomenal selection of ring designs and an endless selection of stones to choose from. I was very pleased with the service. Couldn't have asked for more. They did right by me and i will be buying our wedding bands from them this year as well.
