H&M is a valuable experience for anyone who wears clothes. The young people here work very hard and are very courteous. The shoppers come in happy and leave happier.
They seem to have large stock of clothing. Lots of spring and summer dresses, skinny as well as wide leg pants t shirts silky shirts.mens wear childrens wear.shoes etc.all fashion conscious. They recently did renovations and the store layout is spacious.

Great staff customer service was outstanding. Took the time to help me locate clothes I ordered online but we're not going to arrive on time.
Terrible/ rude worker. Seems like the employees are unhappy and I’ve heard frequently “ I can’t wait to get the hell out of here “ and a lot of complaining. Very unprofessional. Possibly they’re not paid enough, or treated poorly by employer? I don’t know what’s going on with H&M lately.
This H&M is a great place to get clothes- they have creative displays, diverse options and helpful staff.
If you're looking for an H&M with the best sales, this location would be your best bet. They always have a ton of clearance/sale items all year round, especially in the men's department. Plus it's not as crowded as the other H&Ms on the island.
Highly overrated. The clothes are not well made at all and priced too high. Poor customer service at this store as well.

H&M is known for their trendy styles and acceptable quality. Their products does not sustain their quality after washing.
I went to this store and was greeted by a disrespectfully employee.
After waiting on one line for about fifteen minutes, Irene informed me that i have been waiting on the wrong line because I want to pay by credit and should have waited on the other line. After informing her that there is no sign or announcement that I needed to wait on a different line. I placed the single item in front of the cashier, told her I no longer wanted it and walked away. After walking away the cashier, she made a snide comment that I did not hear but my sister did, but included profanity. I requested a manager but wasn't provided one until after walking through the store and asked multiple employees if they were one. I told Berto, the manager that I want to file a complaint and would like a call back from a customer service supervisor.
After some time of not receiving any call back, I called to make a complaint. All I asked for was a call back from a supervisor that my complaint was received and dealt with appropriately and that I am willing to pay for my one item and shipping to my home for the sweater that I wanted to purchase at the regular or sale price. Months later after not receiving a call back I called again to follow up on the complaint and was informed that my filing of the complaint over the phone was all they are required to do and that they can offer coupons for my trouble. I would have settled for a call back and an acknowledgement of the the complaint from a supervisor instead I had to call to talk to a supervisor with an undermining attitude,
For these reasons H&M has lost my business indefinitely.
