H&M, Staten Island NY

My visit to the H&M store at Empire Outlet was a moderate experience. There are some positives, but there are also areas that could be improved.

First of all, I must highlight the wide selection of clothing and accessories available in the store. There was a variety of styles and sizes to choose from which was a positive. Plus, the prices were affordable and I found some good deals.

However, I was a little disappointed with the state of the store. The organization of clothing and shelves was not the best, making it difficult to find specific items. Additionally, I noticed that some items had signs of wear or were damaged, which is not something I would expect to find in a new store.

As for customer service, it was somewhat patchy. Some staff were friendly and helpful, while others seemed distracted or unwilling to help. This affected the overall shopping experience.

I also want to mention that the quality of some clothes was not the best. Some pieces appeared to be made from cheaper or less durable materials, which could affect their lifespan.

All in all, my experience at Empire Outlet's H&M store was mixed. Product selection and prices were good, but store organization, condition of some items, and inconsistency in customer service were negatives. I hope H&M can improve on these aspects to provide a more satisfying shopping experience in the future.

Didn't sell enough men's sneakers and in the past they did and right now not much for me to buy anything. Please order men's sneakers for size 12.

I needed to be with two kids and they did not let me go into the fitting rooms altogether.
