This is a quality place of business. Both staffers have been very kind and attentive to my lack of knowledge of RC airplanes. The prices of my modest purchases were near on-line prices if shipping costs are included. If you have tried to ask questions or deal with defective merchandise from internet suppliers, the value of personal contact is significant.

They helped me find a rc truck kit to build with my son. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They steered me away from Tamiya towards Traxxas because they have soooooooo many parts to fix our new Stampede 4x4 if we have any problems.

Bought a new RC Jeep from this people after a month the motor start to give me problems with the transmission engagement I brought it back with the receipt on my hand this people told me they can't do nothing because they are not responsible for the problems with the product I paid 1,800$$ for this toy with all the accessories and extra battery.

This place is great. If you're going there without anything specific in mind, they have plenty of stuff to choose from. I bought a bunch of parts I needed at massive markups, and a drone for my dad (drone was MSRP).

Yes, they insist on mask wearing, post pandemic, it's their business, whatever.

Went here today looking for a new rc truck but was abruptly stopped at the door for not having a mask. I told the guy I didn't have a mask and instead of offering me one he just told me I couldn't come in. If you want people to wear a mask at least make them available to people that don't have them. I ordered an X-maxx online no mask required.

The models are just too much money and half the boxes have already been opened so you don't know of parts are missing etc

The lady is so help full only thingbi wish they get more variety of remotes and esc and motors they have the part department on lock its just mid range to high range rc remotes and more esc and motors

5 stars because all things considered they're a a decently equipped hobby shop for the population around here. No problem wearing a mask when I go inside. And yes, they like masks. Rockets and RC planes, plus models, dioramas, trains, and RC cars. (A lot of RC cars, I guess that's what's popular around here.)

Won’t be in business long, rude arrogant attitude. Very misinformed concerning wearing masks. Not worth the aggravation to buy anything from him or even enter his store, of course only if you have a mask that covers your total face, totally ridiculous even when nobody else is in the store. Gee I wonder why?

Getting my son an RC Car…. Haven’t been in the hobby for almost 25 years! The help and customer service and knowledge were invaluable! I absolutely love it here and look forward to a long lasting relationship!

100% agree with the other poor reviews. This guy is a grump. I have purchased from here before which is a shame that I will never go back. The grump has signs all over including the handles that says mask required which is fine and we had ours on but we weren't allowed in because our 1 year old did not have a mask which is not a requirement under 2 because they CANNOT breathe. The owner did not even let me in by myself just walked away and wouldn't let us in. Place will be out of business within the year based on the latest reviews. Noone is saying you cant protect yourself but don't be rude and obnoxious about it.

Will never go back there the gentleman and I use that loosely was not very helpful at all and didn’t want to help us at all but the women was at least trying to help my son and we’re in there to have his Xmaxx fixed. He is just one grumpy old man. We will never spend another dollar in his business.
