Hobby Lobby, Commack NY

Love this store! Has everything to decorate your home! Especially nice when they haves sales which is quite frequent!

Great store except they put signs all over the store for sale items that are next to items not on sale. You get to register and put back half the stuff in the cart. Not good business practice. Plus the cashier gives you a look because you don't want the item. Happens every time we go.

It's better than any craft store around. It is a Walmart sized Micheals with more than your creativity mind could ever wish for!

NOT the best customer service. Someone before me in line was having a problem with a return. I was just purchasing a few items and the cashier never acknowledged how long I was waiting. SHE called for a manager who should have gotten someone to help me but she didn't. Then a line formed so after 15 mins, the cashier finally called for help. There were 5 employees standing near by who could see there was a problem but no one bothered to help until cashier asked.

Found exactly what I was looking for, with the help of a wonderful employee. Such a peaceful atmosphere.

We recently went in with a broken frame of Ganesh. We had tried several frame shops and other stores with no luck or being offered an outrageous price. Randomly decided to ask Hobby Lobby in Commack and Carole was BEYOND amazing! Not only did she take her time but she was so careful as she knew how precious this frame was! She did an immaculate job taking apart the frame and put it back together in such a way that no one can tell it was taken apart! She even went the extra mile to fix up damage on the frame from having the frame shipped from overseas. 100% recommend Carole and Sean over in the frame department! Thank you!

I dont go here with money. There's too much here to want if you are a crafty person of even just into decorating for the holidays. It has so much more than a Michael's.

Love the variety of choices and they always have sales so you don't have to wait for coupons like at Michaels. Everywhere I go I value the customer service on top of everything else, so far Hobby Lobby has been pretty good except one or two definitely treated me differeny than the customer before me, like no greetings or thank yous. So I always stick to the nice one even if it's longer queue.

The place to go if you need something to support your hobby. Well stocked and organised, prices are decent, many discounts, helpful staff.

Excellent place to buy for art & crafts, they have variety of fabrics with excellent and affordable prices.

My favorite store! I love coming here when I can. Great quality and great values. I love how they sell Christian CDs and other Christian things, with it being a crafts store. God Bless.
